It is taking forever to get the glasses I paid for over 3 weeks ago. A week and a half ago I received notification that the glasses were shipped and I would receive them within 48 hours. Four days later they were still not delivered so I notified the company. They said - oh that's too bad - wait a few more days and see if they come in US mail and if they don't we will put a trace on the package. Still - no glasses so I'm contacting them again. At this point I want a refund for all this bs. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
They arrived late, three weeks after the estimated arrival date.
They are counterfeits, took them to a boutique and the material is different.
I'm always hesitant about making purchases online and had come across some mixed reviews for this site, but despite my product being backordered and having to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive (which wasn't especially important to me) these glasses were half the price of what I could find elsewhere and I have been very pleased and impressed with their quality. A good experience!

On May 17, I spent time learning the measurement standard for glasses and measuring my face, etc., then ordered. They charged my credit card. Having heard nothing since, I contacted EZContacts on June 7 only to learn they were selling an item that was discontinued and the order would not be filled. What a waste of time. Now, I have to dispute the charge on my credit card for the product they sold but did not have to sell.
Ordered two pairs of prescription sunglasses, order took more than twice as long as they said it would, nearly a month. Both pairs had the wrong lenses when they arrived, called to ask if they could just discount the glasses instead of me having to wait almost another month for the correct lenses and they said they would check with a supervisor and email or call... which they have done neither. Going to return the glasses and likely won't do business with this company again
I ordered these prescription sunglasses to have on my vacation in plenty of time. I received an email letting me know theres a delay of 7-10 days because they are out of stock. I dont understand why I wasnt told this when I originally placed the order. So disappointed
Absolutely love the Jimmy Choo 106 frames, and the lenses came out great too! They shipped out fairly quickly too. In the past I've had more than one local eye center repeatedly get the lenses wrong, so it was a relief to get it perfect first time around.
I have ordered conracts through ezcontacts awsome no problem. Ordered specialty contacts sent for 122.00 dollars. Cant see out of them at all! Called to return said have no tracking or order number, which i have yhe phone number tracking in the box apparently, sorry we have no number or tracking you have ordered! Wr cant refund you at all. Wait i havebthe packing saying they will! Wth!
So I love my glasses. Got a great deal. Make sure to look for coupon codes as this place is a bit expensive.
I ordered my contact lenses on May 23rd and it took 11 days just to process the order. No notice it was going to take longer than a day to process the order. I called in to get an update and they said they didn't have the order in stock and were waiting for their supplier to tell them if they can even fill the order. I tried to cancel the order to receive my order faster from another vendor but the rep basically told me that I can't since the order has been "processed". I agreed to keep the order if the order was actually going to finish processing and leave their warehouse. The rep all of the sudden stated he spoke to the supplier and that it was for sure leaving that day, June 1st (convenient, if you ask me). I was to receive my order this Friday, June 8th and now UPS is delaying the 7 day delivery time with no projection of when I will ever receive my order. Frustrating to say the least. If you're a casual contact lens wearer, this company will probably be great as they process their orders whenever they get around to it. If you wear contact lenses everyday, stay away since their processing time is 11 days and we don't even know if UPS will deliver the package at all.
From order to face was two weeks exactly. The glasses fit perfectly and the prescription is spot on. Thanks.
I cant believe the glasses that arrived were authentic Tom Ford glasses. I returned so fast. Dont buy glasses Here if you want actual glasses you can wear.
Not only did it take three times as long as it should have, I received seriously delayed (to the point of irrelevance) responses to my multiple inquiries. You take hundreds of dollars and I wait weeks upon weeks without a word? The slightly less expensive product was NOT worth the hassle.
I had credit card fraud and no longer have the card I used to purchase the sunglasses I wished to return. There was nothing that could be done, other than store credit.
Normally I do not complain, but the purchase date was 05/06 not 05/23 (day shipped). I received no explanation nor offer of compensation for the delay. Either way, its unacceptable to indicate 2-3 days and then take 2-3 weeks w/ eyeglasses since I obviously need them...
My PD is not correct. 65 is right but should be right eye 31- 1/2. Left 33-1/2. This is probably my fault but found this out here in Prosper Texas
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
