The glasses I ordered took forever to process and to ship and the communication via customer service email was terrible. I've ordered contacts with them before and that was totally fine, but glasses wasn't worth the trouble and time.

When I ordered them it didnt indicate that the frames werent in stock. I think it took about 3 weeks to receive them, other than that eyeless was good.
I am extremely disappointed and learned a lesson - I won't buy glasses online again. When I called the customer service number I was caller 63 and then called 87 a second time. I should have been concerned at that point. I know there is an issue with my left lens and kept asking my customer service rep via email what they would do to fix it. My response was see your Doctor to verify. I was just to see my doctor less than and month and my script hadn't changed in 6 years - I only wanted to upgrade to a new set of glasses. There was never an offer to fix the issue with my left lens or recommend someone here in MN I could go to associated with them to verify. And the amount of money I would get back from my order due to restocking fees was insulting. I will wear my not right glasses as is and pay to have new lenses put in eventually with a company locally. Really disappointed especially when I researched online companies before making my purchase.
It took over 10 days to ship the order but the shipping was fast and the price was good as well. I would order from this website again
I had my doubts when we decided to order glasses online but I was very impressed to see the great results, I saved almost half the cost at our local optometrist. Highly recommended

Glasses are not as advertised and the prescription seems accurate but the quality of the lenses is very poor so can't see clearly.
I ordered a pair of Ray Bans on May 11th, it's been exactly a month now and still they've not been shipped. Of course, they took my money out of my account a day later. I received an email telling me they'd be back in stock May 23-May 29th. June 7th with still no sunglasses, I called customer service and asked what was going on and the rep told me they were going to email me, which they did not. I'm an idiot and did not read the reviews on this site, and clicked on the first one on google to buy my REAL Ray Bans. What ever you do, do not order from here, from reading other reviews it has to be a scam... Hopefully, I can cancel the order and get my money back...
Self explanatory... the glasses are perfect, but it took FOR EVER to get them. Don't expect to receive these for at least 3-4 weeks.
The quality of frame and lense is great. But took forever to get to me.

So get this, I ordered contacts from "EZ"Contacts on May 2nd, and have STILL not received my contacts. The tracking information stated that they had been delivered on May 16th, however, they were NOWHERE to be found. I contacted customer service to file a claim with the tracking company and they never offered to send a second order, discount the cost or offer any sort of ramifications for this. So, I have to call them again and inform them that I STILL don't have contacts on May 25th, to which the customer service representative assured me that a new package was on its way. I never received updated confirmation, order status or tracking. SO I had to call again on June 1st. This time I was on hold for 18 minutes and then the call failed. So, naturally, I call back again, pretty upset, and the representative tells me that my order is out for delivery THAT DAY. Wow, how convenient. So, having been burnt by their representative before I request the tracking number, and updated order, etc. The woman gave me the exact same tracking number from the previous shipment and told me it would show the updates for the NEW package. I also never received any email documentation, when the representative promised me she was sending me email confirmations. Eventually, I had to resort to email, because their customer service phone line was incredibly incapable. I cannot believe the extent to which I was lied to by this company, and on top of that they are only available by phone during my normal work hours, thus making this whole ordeal even more difficult. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Everything came perfect, prescription sunglasses were great and fit great as well. Only thing I can complain about was it took longer than expected.
I ORDERED A PAIR OF PRESCRIPTION FRAMES ON MARCH 29,2018 AND DID NOT RECEIVE THEM UNTIL MAY 15,2018. THE COMPANY FAILED TO NOTIFY ME THAT THESE FRAMES WERE NOT IN STOCK AND THEY WERE WAITING TO RECEIVE THE ITEM FROM THE MANUFACTURER. THE ONLY REASON I KNEW THE FRAMES WERE ON BACK ORDER WAS BECAUSE OF ME CONTACTING THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES AFTER 4WEEKS OF MAKING MY PURCHASE. I DONT THINK I WILL EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IF IT WILL ALWAYS TAKE 2 MONTHS TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS.
Love my glasses! I had a few questions that I emailed ezcontacts about and I got quick and helpful responses. I would use them again!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
