I paid $26.99 for overnight shipping and my glasses did not arrive until 4 days after they shipped. I talked to support for a lengthy time to no avail. I received no refund and I was told my concern would be escalated to a manager who I still have not heard from in a week. I sent another email and I still am being ignored. Would not recommend this company.
The frame looks As the one we saw in the website. But unfortunately they are made in China, quality is not what I was expecting. I hope they last me some time, and dont deteriorate soon
I ordered my contacts on Tuesday June 4th, I paid for shipping and 5 to 7 days. I called on day 7 and they say my contacts haven't left the company to where the contacts come from. It'll take 24 to 48 hours to have shipping confirmation I got that run around for 4 days. They promised to contact you if they have any questions regarding your contacts it was a fail by then they never shipped contacts within the 5 to 7 days which I paid for. I told them for 4 days they need to give me confirmation and they need to have these overnighted expense paid by them they failed to contact me back they said they called me they didn't call they said they left a voicemail guess what I don't have a voicemail setup so there's another fail and Ally do that company. We shall see what waits in the mail one of these contacts supposably come in. I will never again do business with this company if I could get rate this company -10 Stars I would!
Take to long to send glasses good quality but slow service more than 2 weeks glasses are ok ok little bigger but pretty
I really like my glasses but I think communication of order processing and shipping could be communicated a little better either via email or text. I was supposed to get text notifications but that never happened. After calling customer support I did receive information on when I could expect my order.
I got a great pair of brand name prescription eyeglasses for under $80! The frame is perfect and the prescription was filled to order.
I initially made an error when I manually entered my rx strength. However, I attached the image of my prescription as required. They did not catch the error and I received glasses with the wrong rx. I contacted customer service and explained what happened and we started the exchange process. A month later I received my glasses again with wrong rx; no changes had been made. I contact customer service and got a generic reply and a form to begin the exchange process. No thank you. Forget it. How ironic that they call the company "EZ." I guess they're laughing all the way to the bank.
Great frames at a fraction of the cost of buying it from a local retailer... Even with vision insurance!
I had to wait an extra roughly 2 weeks for the frames to actually arrive from Europe before they got started on making the lenses. But all in all, can't complain given the significant price difference!
Stay away! They will keep your money but will never ship you what you ordered. Im waiting for over 6 weeks and no response. They still processing the order. Worst customer service.
Received the Versace glasses with progressive lens and they were warped really bad... I had to take them to lens crafters with no guarantee that they wouldnt break them while trying to fix them. Big waste of time and money!
Love my new glasses, had a problem at first when after purchasing the glasses i got an email saying they were not in stock and i would have to wait an extra 15 days. I emailed customer service and they took care of everything and i ended up getting my glasses earlier then expected.
I ordered two pairs of sunglasses. I received one pair in a timely fashion. I waited a week to see if the other pair would show and have yet to receive. I emailed to find out the status and was told they were headed to me soon. That was almost a week ago and still havent heard of the second pair being shipped. I love the pair I have BUT wanted the other pair more!

When I finally called after day 8 they told me due to the difficulty of my prescription it would be another week and a half before they even shipped. Couldnt they simply send an email when they receive the order informing me of this?
Took several weeks when I was told 5-7 days. However, glasses are just as ordered, very light. The "arms" of the glasses near the ears need to be bent/adjusted, as they fall off my nose frequently. Did not think about the need for this type of adjustment when ordering online.
I would have liked to been informed that the frames I ordered were back ordered; before I paid extra for expedited shipping. Had I known I would have chosen a different frame. Instead, I waited 2+ weeks contacted ezcontacts and waited for their reaponse. Someone emailed me said they are back ordered and I will need to wait 15 Days? I would suggest you add an out of stock message when placing an order.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
