When ordered online the Item showed as in stock. Almost a month later I am told the frames arrived and would be shipped out. Bad way to do business could of got them in 10 days in town. The ONLY reason I ordered is because the website showed in stock!

Glasses arrived in perfect condition and shipping was fairly quick. Customer service was very helpful when I called to ask questions about my order.

Took 20 days to receive the glasses. I was pretty worried I wouldn't get exactly what I ordered but thankfully, I did. And at a great price too.

My first time purchase of prescription eyeglasses online and it was great. I got the frames Id tried before in person and I had the pupil distance in my rx, so I was confident about the order. EZcontacts processed it fairly quickly. The glasses arrived in perfect condition, no scratches on the frame from installing lenses, the lenses are smoothly cut on the edges, neat job.

Great selection, great prices, good lead time. Why do I need 100 characters for this review. I dont even want to be bothered doing a review then you set character amount. Get outta here

Wonderful service and a great pair of glasses for my daughter. We had purchased an identical set from the eye doctor which cost four times as much. The glasses we bought from EZcontacts are better quality and my daughter says they are much clearer than her old pair. We will be ordering another pair soon.

It took me 3 months to receive my glasses. They expedited the shipping, but only gave me me 10% off my next order.

I understand the frames were back ordered, but 10% off my next order is not OK compensation!

Ordered my contacts June 6th and have called 3 times to hear them promise they will be there any day now. Called again today and they haven't even shipped! No email or anything to tell me of a delay. I would give 0 stars If I could. Don't recommend ordering anything from here

Love the frames... although my order took a while to get to me due to manufacturer back oreder but once they were recived the turn over was super quick. Highly satisfied! I will definitely use EZ contacts again in the future for all my eyewear needs!

Glasses fit like I had a store put it together for me, I would definitely recommend to give them a chance.

I ordered a pair of eyeglasses and the lens was slightly yellow, completely fuzzy, unusable. The return process is very complicated also. I would never order from this site again.

Received glasses, lens had a gap with frame. Offered a return. We needed the glasses and did not want a refund

I paid for overnight shipping on glasses that supposedly would be available 2-3 Days. I took my 3 WEEKS to get my glasses! NEVER again.

Everything worked well---order completed as expected with the correct prescription. Shipping was quick.
