Love the idea of ordering glasses online, but this site didn't deliver on promises. Finally received one pair, still awaiting 2nd pair ordered a month ago. Darn!
My order was placed on April 27th and I received the glasses on June 12. Customer service did not keep in contact with me and I spent a lot of time calling and following up will NOT USE AGAIN
My order had gone at least a week past its delivery date so I contacted the customer service representatives requesting a refund after he said he will definitely get back to me within 24-48 Im still waiting 3 days later. Please just process my return
I have no real issue with EZContacts its self, however I wasnt a huge fan of the glasses when they arrived, they didnt feel like the ones (same brand/style) I had tried on in a local store. Ive had them adjusted locally and they are ok now, but it was a hassle and Im still not 100% happy with them. I thought about returning them but, while there is a 30 day return policy, you only get 50% back for the RX lenses. Again overall I think EZContacts is probably as good as any other online store, but Ill buy in person next time.
The amount of time i waited to receive these glasses was unprofessional. When i received them they were clearly poorly packaged. Not only was the shipping box damaged, but the mui mui box and the actual mui mui case was dented. Which clearly means the glasses inside was subject to trauma. I emailed immediately about my qualm, asking at the very least a new case and was told i could just return them...?
Whats worse is that my prescription wasn't correct
It takes forever to ship your product. Very poor customer service. Takes two days to reply your email. Save yourself the aggravation. I ordered on the 15th of June, today is 23rd of June, I heard nothing. If I ordered this from US website, I could have got it already.
Took eight days to ship contacts. Expected to arrive 14 days after I ordered. I was attracted by the introductory offer but they should put a banner on their site to say that their items take longer than competitor's.
Tried on glasses in the store and they fit great. Bought them here and they are too big and fall off...$300 later. Disappointed.
My back to bifocals experience with EZ Contacts was superb. Even adding all the bells and whistles... blended bifocals, transitions and cristal... the price was ~200$ LESS than a similar pair from the major chain competitor at 50% off lenses 10 years ago. Yes, you read that right! The prescription was executed with precision, flawless. I got so excited by the first pair, that I immediately ordered another. Could not be more pleased with the professionalism and price from EZ Contacts.
Very unhappy. I will not order from this company again. I waited forever for my sunglasses to come in and then they arrived with scratches on them. I had to send them back. Im still waiting for the new sunglasses to come in since I did an exchange. Big headache and very inconvenient!
The single vision was shipped. Im still waiting on my bifocals. Nor have I received any update in why they havent shipped.
They got my return for wrong Rx (their error) 2 weeks ago. My replacement (correct Rx) still processing after multiple phone calls and emails.
Ordered product 21 May 2017 and received notice that it on backorder. Didn't get until 1 month later.
Last week I offered from this company again and again no update that the glasses are even ready to be shipped.
We purchased our 2nd pair of Prada sunglasses, 1 with a prescription. Both pairs arrived on time and were just as advertised. Great company to work with, with excellent customer service.

The delivery takes longer than is advertised, my prescription is not working for me, when contacting ezcontact online it was an automated response. So now Im stuck with glasses that I cant use. I will still use them for frames in the future or sunglasses I wont give my prescription
I have been reluctant to give a review until I resolved an issue with your company but being that it is taking quite a long time for a reply to a simple problem (on your end) I will tell you that I am extremely dissatisfied thus far.
The Frame were Great and the prescription was fine; however, it took longer then I expected to get my sunglasses and when I did I was disappointed, the picture showed the lens in blue and when I received them they were brown. I just wish someone would have told me rather then the surprise!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
