I ordered a pair of glasses for my son and didn't hear anything from them for 10 days (website says they ship in 5-7 days). For three days in a row I was told that they'd ship tomorrow... they didn't. I finally requested a manager who told me that because I'd ordered them with anti-glare they would take additional time to ship. It never said that on the website... anywhere. My son's glasses arrived nearly a month after I ordered them with terrible communication along the way. Terrible experience!
Although my order was on backorder for several weeks, once I received my new perscription sunglasses, I was very happy with them!
Great service along-with very professional service. I would recommend if your replacing existing prescription for glasses.
Prices are very good.
Lenses were broken when recieved the package. Had a chip out of the glass where it met the frames. Seems like the lens wasnt properly put in because its even a little lower than the other
Ordered June 4. Was told order is delayed until June 18. By June 29, no word. Logged in, order still in the processing phase. Contacted the company. Instead of a response, I got this review request. Free shipping and advertising quick turn around times only works when they decide to ship the product.
If you need your contacts based on the time frame they state (5-7 days) then go elsewhere... 10 days later, no one can give me a shipping confirmation even though they say "We would like to inform you that your order is already in transit we're just only waiting for the tracking number. Once available will update you through this E-mail."
DON'T GIVE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!

Sure wish I would have done my research! Basically any of the reviews you see that indicate the order was placed, EZContacts took payment but the consumer hasn't received what they ordered would be the same nightmare I'm living. I received a couple of different explanations within one exchange with the same person... apparently she didn't go back and read what she had just said in her online chat-of which I saved a transcript of. In short-avoid this painstaking experience. This company falls into the pile of those that really don't give a...
My contacts didn't ship for two weeks until I sent a note complaining that they hadn't shipped yet. After that, the contacts shipped promptly to my place by I don't know how long the order would have been idle if I didn't babysit them
There was a gentleman who helped me early on that was great. However, later in the process frustration set in. I needed to exchange my frames for a different pair (same design, same lens, just different frame). I contacted EZC before the frames were shipped out and they could not stop the order (several days passed from when I contacted them to when they were shipped out). When they arrived, I immediately returned them to be exchanged and it was (and still is) impossible to get any information on what is happening. EZC received my frames a week ago but I have no idea what is happening and why it is taking so long. Very frustrating.
I ordered contacts on 6/20/2018. My card was immediately debited. Have not received my contacts. When I have contacted company, all they can say is We have not received tracking #. I asked for phone # for distributor and was told they have no direct #. Ridiculous!
Theyve been fairly good to work with, but Im still waiting on my glasses. The initial order took longer than I hoped, and then the prescription wasnt right. I had to send them back to be redone. Im still waiting FirThe corrected glasses, and Im hopeful that theyll be right this time. The prices are great, and customer service has been helpful, but it will be probably 6-8 weeks from my order date before I actually have a pair of glasses I can wear.
Found inventory and pricing to be excellent. Installation of lenses and the shipping took far longer than I feel the website led me to believe upon check-out.
Placed order on 5/22 and 5/21, and got the items on 6/13 and 6/16. It never happened with other providers as Eyesbuydirect or lens.com ( both price there little bit higher but quick service) I wont come back to reorder even there is good deals
Don't make items available for purchase, if they aren't available... a month + to wait. Ordered another pair two months earlier, wait was already over 3 weeks. Guess I should have known better
I ordered contacts and paid extra for 4-5 shipping... 8 days later, nothing. I emailed them and voiced my frustration and ONLY THEN did they ship my contacts. Finally got them yesterday on day 14, and the box was damaged. Seriously? I needed these contacts to be able to see and drive to work. Not cool. Ill be sure to take my business elsewhere and post reviews so others dont have to deal with this crap.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
