I cannot even see out of these. It is my prescription but they came out wrong. And delivery took a long time. Frames are pretty but they are useless to me.

EZ Contacts Took a month to ship me my daily contacts. I called about them on serval time. They said their warehouse was out of the product. I did finally receive the contacts. Once I receive the contacts they were in a box from another country. Each time I emailed them I receive the same email from on each account. This company is a joke I would not waste my time.
The worst, took the money, processed order, 1 week later still processing. What the hell? I need my contacts
I truly LOVE my prescription Ray-Ban aviators and the price was unbeatable. The only thing I did not appreciate about this site was that the processing time was not stated clearly in the beginning and then when I emailed my questions to customer service, I was given two different answers, the last answer being an even longer time than the last.
Go to an optical store, make note of the model you want to buy, then come here and find it cheaper. If you are not in a hurry, shipping is free.
I ordered a pair of Serengeti glasses that they said was available. Then they told me via email it would be almost 2 months to get them! I replied I was canceling the order. But there's no way to cancel on your order link! I had to call them to do it. AVOID this company!
This is the 2nd time I have purchased prescription sunglasses from EZ contacts. Great price, great quality, and authentic.
My eyeglasses were fit with the perfect prescription and shipped quickly. I loved the price of it all too. I'll make sure I shop at EZContacts from now on.

I ordered a pair of glasses for my son and didn't hear anything from them for 10 days (website says they ship in 5-7 days). For three days in a row I was told that they'd ship tomorrow... they didn't. I finally requested a manager who told me that because I'd ordered them with anti-glare they would take additional time to ship. It never said that on the website... anywhere. My son's glasses arrived nearly a month after I ordered them with terrible communication along the way. Terrible experience!
Although my order was on backorder for several weeks, once I received my new perscription sunglasses, I was very happy with them!
Great service along-with very professional service. I would recommend if your replacing existing prescription for glasses.
Prices are very good.
Lenses were broken when recieved the package. Had a chip out of the glass where it met the frames. Seems like the lens wasnt properly put in because its even a little lower than the other
Ordered June 4. Was told order is delayed until June 18. By June 29, no word. Logged in, order still in the processing phase. Contacted the company. Instead of a response, I got this review request. Free shipping and advertising quick turn around times only works when they decide to ship the product.
If you need your contacts based on the time frame they state (5-7 days) then go elsewhere... 10 days later, no one can give me a shipping confirmation even though they say "We would like to inform you that your order is already in transit we're just only waiting for the tracking number. Once available will update you through this E-mail."
DON'T GIVE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!
THEY WON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY FOR SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS! AND IF YOU TRY TO RETURN THE ITEM, GOOD LUCK!

Good quality! Maybe you can add an option where someone can try on the frames online before purchase
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
