I forgot to add the anti glare coating to my lenses and they allowed me to send them back and add it at a discounted price at that!
I bought my original pair of A|X glasses from Lenscrafters - Priced at $180. It broke in 6 months and they tried to charge me another 100+ to fix/replace it.
Went on EZGlasses and ordered the EXACT SAME FRAME and free prescription for less than $50!

I would have given EZ contacts 5 stars were it not for their poor turnaround time. After numerous attempts at emails which received pro forma responses i was finally able to speak to someone and finally received an accurate status of my order and was assured my order would be rushed and express shipping would be provided and paid for by them. I am very happy with the quality of the glasses.
Wrote a previous review about ordering two different size contacts and not getting the correct order. It took almost a month to fix the issue but they did fix it. Decided to try again but they did it AGAIN! They have all prescriptions on file but again they went in and changed the order to their own choice of what they wanted to send me. Its been 12 days today and I do not know where the rest of my order is. I'm done trying with this company.
Contacted company on multiple occasions requesting a refund for an invalid prescription. Was told multiple times via phone that I would be issued a refund within 6 business days. Received several emails confirming refund. 2 months later and no refund. Convinced this company is a fraud.
The sales associate was very responsive and helpful and I love my new sunglasses!

Takes longer than expected to receive my order. Overall quality product, but the timeliness of getting my order returned was unsatisfactory.

So the price was great but it took about 2 weeks. Not 3-5 days but considering I save over 200 bucks from the local eyeglass store can only complain so much
Got glasses for my son and it also came with cleaner and special towels. Very pleased with the company.
Its a shame I am waiting for my contact lents for a month because they delivered my contact lents to a different address, after 1 month I am still waiting for my package and the Custer service says me every day the tomorrow my lents will be delivered. Its a fraud!
Didnt have the glasses I ordered online in stock, so I changed order to another pair, didnt have that either, so I ended up with another pair, this took over 2 months to get squared away, had to pay more for the glasses we ended up, paid right away, 2 weeks later they email me saying they cant ship out glasses until they receive the remaining balance, so I had to send a snap shot of it being withdrawn from my paypal account, then finally a week later we got the glasses, these glasses were for my kid, he cant be without glasses, if I knew it would take that long I would have gone to a store to get them. Glasses were nice and he loves them but I expected better customer service.
Jayne was awesome and really went the extra mile to help me with my needs for contacts this is my first order with EZ and I will order again customer service is exceptional
Took over a month to get my glasses, each time i called to get a status update new story came up, first they were out of stock, then the lab messed up on a lenses, then overpromissed and underdelivered on arrival time, promised to overnight it but sent ground. I order from china, russia or mongolia and still get a faster shipment then when i ordered domestic from their new york hub. Only reason i dont give 1 star is because when the product finally arrived it was in good quality.

Really love this website. They are always very transparent about pricing and shipping. I spoke with Daryl Grimes and he clearly explained to me the details of my order. I was concerned that my contacts would not come in time with general shipping, but he reassured me that my location meant that they would. Really great service.

Product is high quality with a fair price and timely turnaround. I really recommend them. Also came with a spare set of lenses, case and lens cleaner.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
