Don't really know where to begin. Wrong glasses sent, broken glasses sent, glasses not in stock but charged anyway. I still do not have one pair and it has been a month. Every single thing they could screw up, they screwed up. And then they simply are incompetent or just do not care to fix the issue. Online CHat? Nope, they do not answer. There is an online chat that no one has ever answered. DO NOT BUY FROM EZ!
I reached out the EZContacts via chat to get help with an order. This was my first time ordering contacts online and I had some questions about the process. Angel from Chat was very informative, offered great customer support and helped me with my transaction.
I contacted ezcontacts.com using their chat feature and was blessed to have Angel help me with my issue! She was quick in her responses and helped me with all my customer service needs! I will use ezcontacts.com chat feature again in the future and would love to be serviced by Angel as she is quick and efficient!
I had a horrible customer service experience. I called customer service because I was having a problem with making a purchase.
I was very led down with my experience with ezcontacts. I ordered a pair of sunglasses early June and did not receive them until late June. Apparently the pair I ordered was sold out but of course this was not noted on their web site, how is a customer to know? I emailed and was offer excuse after excuse. In todays market a consumer has many options and many sites where one can buy prescribed sunglasses I would advice for those out there to look elsewhere. Not worth the headache!
They say they price match other competitors but when you submit a claim with a valid retailer, it goes into a black hole and NOBODY ever contacts you or does anything about it. They hope if they ignore you long enough that you'll go away. A totally fraudulent business practice.
I don't know why I gave this company 3 chances. All 3 times, I ordered contact lenses and they took forever to arrive - 7-10 days in all cases. In fact, I am still waiting for my most recent order. Website says that contacts will ship in 1-2 business days (when it took 1 week to ship out), and if there is a delay, we would be contacted (we never were until I inquired about my orders). They also charged my credit card at the time of the order instead of the time of shipping. How this company is still in business in this era of same-day shipping with Amazon Prime is beyond me. Never again. There are too many other companies to choose from. SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEF - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Was told shipping would be 7-10 days. Ordered the glasses only to be told the next day that shipping could now take up to a month. But they were still advertising the glasses as shipping in 7-10 days. Other people online have similar complaints. I like the glasses and price point, but could do without the false advertising. Im willing to wait, just dont lie about how long its going to take.
Today Mark was awesome help and patient with me. I got disconnected and i was able to get him again he answered all my questions and ablw to complete my order
Ordered lenses the 18th of June. July 10th, 22 days later, order is still 'Processing'!
I can not function without corrective lenses. I am wearing lenses that expired a week ago and may be damaging my eyes. What happened to truth in advertising?... Delivery in 5-7 business days.
When lenses finally shipped, they refused to overnight them. They were shipped GROUND! Way to correct a problem, EZ Contacts. You won't get any more of my money. Avoid these incompetents!
I ordered these super cute specs with upgraded lenses - not ALL the most expensive upgrades but had confidence my glasses would be protected and well functioning- I have had them less than 2 weeks and already one of the lenses has scratches! Smh after spending $150+... what a bummer..
I was nervous buying prescription glasses online for the first time but Im happy I did. Found frames that I wanted and they were over $100 cheaper than I had found in stores. Including lenses total cost was 3x less that using brick and mortar.
Frames were in back order so I had to be patient and waited 12 days but the glasses are perfect and I will definitely order again.
As long as you know your prescription and PD its a great place to get your glasses.

My glasses and looking brand new but the right side was bent, and they left side came right off as if it was even put together right

I ordered contacts from them. Two weeks later, they emailed and said they were back-ordered! When I ordered, they had promised to deliver within a week, or at most two weeks! In the email, they said they would only charge me when the order gets shipped. But I checked my credit card statement. They have charged me on the date that I ordered! What a bunch of LIES! I then tried to email them to cancel the order and get a refund. They were not very responsive, at all! Do not buy from this company. Straight-up fraud!
I have a high prescription and was concerned about whether my lenses could be made well. I was able to speak to an optician over the phone who reassured me. My glasses arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The glasses came out very well. I was pleased with the whole process.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
