Positive experience with the exception of shipping. Item was unavailable for one month. But, worth it when it arrived.
Purchased Fendi Havana's and I get so many compliments on these frames. Now, I'm ready to purchase some Dolce & Gabbana frames. The phone agent was thorough and efficient. No complaints at at all!
I ordered two pairs of glasses. One came in within 5 days (including weekend) and I was so thrilled they came in so quick. The other pair took two full weeks. I contacted the company multiple times the first time I was just told they were waiting on the frames, no eta no apology (the frames were suposed to be available in 1-3 days). I emailed customer service a second time and was told the frames should be in within the next couple of days. I waited a few days I didnt receive and shipping notification. So I emailed again, a day and a half later I got a text notifying me it was being shipped the end of the day customer service emailed me to let me know it was shipped. Again no apology or explanation. Also it said I wouldnt be charged UNTIL the order was shipped. Payment was taken out of my account as soon as I placed the order. I would have been thrilled to reccomend this company had I just had the one pair with the speedy shipping and no complications. The lack of communication concerning the second pair of glasses and the 1/2 month turn around when I was told it would take much less has me hesistant to ever use this company again. Its a shame because I was all ready to place a second order but due to the delay with half of my first order I held off, and now am not sure if I will proceed. They need better communication and they need to be more up front if certain frames will take longer.
I really like my glasses but Im having a little problem adjusting to the site so Im gonna wear them for a couple weeks and see if they come into focus
The sunglasses are great. The problem is with the prescription lenses. They don't make them right. Make you feels dizzy and off balance. Disappointed to say the least. Waited a month and they are not right.
Im very happy with my new glasses I recommended is very fast and good quality, I definitely going to buy my next par of glasses here.
Took 15 days to get my glassed in the mail since ordering, I guess expected it much sooner as website promising.

Customer service is great! I love the live chat and they're very responsive. Mark was the representative that helped me and he was great! I was having trouble with my order and he was happy to assist me. This is my second time ordering from this website and will continue to do so.
I got a question regarding the invoice, and I went through livechat with this representative Clyde Williams, We figured out the problem and fix accordingly. The whole process was quick and efficient. I'd highly recommand doing business with them!
I ordered some sunglasses that the website said were in stock. After a week without notice the glasses shipping, I called the EZContacts. It was only then that I was told the item was back ordered. They said would have it in in 2-3 days. 3 days later I called was told the item was further back ordered. I don't know how to trust this company when they haven't been upfront about anything. I'd void them if you can.
Customer service was hard to reach, and had no answers regarding delay of product shipping. Product arrived after 6 weeks of hounding customer service every other day. This company has a huge mis-communication between production, laboratory, customer service and the customer. If you want cheap glasses/contacts but don't mind waiting a very very long time (well beyond what they advertise) then EZContacts is Okay for you.
I was sent the glasses with one wrong prescription. I had to spend my money to get them checked out so the doctor could tell me that a mistake was made when making them.
Now its been two weeks since they were sent back and I have heard nothing.
I chatted with an agent to get an idea of how soon I could receive glasses because I want them for a specific event. The response was courteous, prompt and reflective.

We placed an order for prescription sunglasses for our son on June 13th. The website said 2-3 day availability. Let's be clear, as the website is not... that only specifies how quickly (or not) they can receive the frames from the supplier. Once received, they go to lab which is another 3-5 days to cut the lenses. My son has one corrective lens. This process took a total of 9 days... for one lens. Customer service was less than helpful, stating they would contact us (on more than one occasion) regarding the status of the order (as we needed them for a vacation). Despite attempts to keep them on track and fulfill the order, it was shipped late on the 28th with no explanation. When they finally arrived, the NIKE frames were in an Oakley pull string bag. NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL! This was our second order with EZContacts. The first order was no better than the second as far as their processing ability. There will not be a third order. This company can not fulfill what they have marketed to the public. While I'm satisfied with the glasses, the process to order and obtain them is not worth the trouble. Order #*******

When I submitted my order the website said the glasses I ordered were in stock. After not receiving anything after 6 weeks I emailed them, they responded with my frames are out of stock and may be a few more weeks. This happened multiple times until they emailed my and said my frames had beeen discontinued. Worst buying experience of my life. I would not do business with this company ever again

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
