I ordered Spy Carson. I received Spy Braden. Very similar but not the same. Wont say ill never use EZ contacts again but will double check and triple check my order. Im sure its a big pain in the $#*! to send bac k and wait another month for what i asked for.
I found a pair of frames at my local eye doctor I loved, but they were SOO expensive so I looked online and found them on EZContacts. The order process was easy and fast and they even had the PC glare reducing lenses that I need! Thanks for making the order process painless, the prices worth it and the quality great!
Fast service and they got it right. Couldn't be happier with my perscription glasses at half the cost!
Ordered glasses and found out they were back ordered. I had to call to find out. Nobody informed me. Well, ok, I can live with that but I needed glasses so I ordered another pair to have while I wait. I was told that they would be delivered to my home by 07-17-18. Called today, 07-18-18 and was told they are on back order. Canceled both of my orders.
I didn't see any movement on my order for two weeks, so I used the Live Chat function on the website. Clyde Williams answered all my questions and promised to personally get my order shipped within 24-48 hours. It was shipped within 10! Thanks Clyde!
Inconsistent or incompetent take your pick. Someone in the United States needs to take over. I got charged $78 from my bank because of overdraft charges because of ezcontacts
Galvin Fein was very helpful, he corrected my errors and made sure the prescription was verified before we signed off.
I thought I'd give EZContacts a try since they offered the lowest price on my contacts. I uploaded my prescription at the time of my order. It has been 8 days now and the order status stills says "order processing/prescription verification". I have no idea when my order will actually ship. No point calling them either. They won't answer the phone or respond to emails. Their "Live Chat" feature timed out too.
Since I'm about out of contacts, I had to place an order with a competitor.
I placed an order with Contact Lens King. My order shipped the very next day!
UPDATE = ordered July 9, shipped July 17, received July 20, called me on July 23 to apologize and offer me some free contacts. Consequently, I've given them a couple more stars.

The prices are great but you have to wait a lot to get your prescription glasses. In my case I had to wait super extra long since one the frames arrived with a wrong prescription (I had to send them back and then wait all over for them to be fixed and shipped). If you are in a rush to get your prescription glasses I wouldn't recommend using this method, but if you can wait then it's worth it since the prices and options are really good.
The customer service was fast in answering questions but needs improvement in the way they handle complaints, there was a lot of misunderstanding at first with my order and at one point they even messaged me something about another order that wasn't even mine.
There was very little information when I ordered about how long it would take to make my lenses. Everthing on the website lead me to think my order would ship in a few days, or I would be notified of delay. That was not the case. It was 3 weeks before I got my sunglasses. That being said I am happy with the final product and the Rx is perfect.
I am thrilled at the five star service provided by Angel very polite professional! Ill definitely recommend as well as use EXcontacts again and again

Bad glasses. My glasses are crooked, slanted on my face. I have nothing to say but that i shpuld never ordered online.

Awful experience. It took 4 different phone calls and almost 2 weeks for my order to be shipped. 2 different agents claimed that my contacts would be sent overnight due to the delay... unfortunately, even after this delay, Ezcontacts chose the slowest shipping method... will be a month from ordering before I receive my contacts - please order from someone else!

My progressive lenses do not hit in the right level. I tried calling in and the person on the phone seemed like she could not understand a word I was saying! She said she would send me a return label and I still have not recieved it!

I ordered contact lenses from here on 5/30/2018. It took two weeks to receive the contacts and they were the wrong kind. On or about June 15th, I sent back the contacts and I still haven't received the contacts or a refund of my approx. $142.00. I have called and spoken with them several times. Each time, I the operator doesn't know the status of my order and I have to explain it again. Each time, I was on the phone a minimum of 25 minutes. On July 10th, I received an email stating that they don't even carry the type of contacts I ordered. I then asked for a full refund. I received an email today stating that they are going to refund me a total of $35.95 -- the cost of one box! I don't know how long it will take me to sort this out. My advice -- pay a little extra and get your contacts from Costco or 1-800 Contacts where you will receive fast and reliable service.

Customer service (Rachel) was very helpful. I had been promised free next day shipping on my next order because I thought that I had a promotion that failed to be activated on a previous order. When I inquired how to activate this, they notified me that they don't do free next day shipping ever, but because I had been promised it, that they would honor their promise.
The service is excellent. Didnt realize that I was going to receive a partial order, but Im overall happy with the glasses received.
I ordered glasses yesterday and they happened to be the wrong size and the associate quickly helped me change the size.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
