Absolutely irresponsible to order an item and it takes 1 month to receive it, i request to get a refund. I would never shop here again! So disappointing!

I ordered glasses on July 4. Theyre website advises 5 business days for processing. So on my 6th day I contacted them via email and inquired, well, apparently my glasses were on backorder and would take 15 days to restock, so, okay... I asked if it was 15 days from my original order or the email they send and they advised the original order. Well, on the 15th day I received an email with an apology stating my order would be shipped within 48 hours, well, it wasnt, so on the 20th day () I asked them about it when I was once against advised the glasses were on backorder and would take 15 days. Sooooo I requested a refund and they apparently approved it but nothing else has been truthful so, I wont hold my breath. Also, 99.5% of these reviews are fake.
Glasses were extremely bent. I had to pay my local store to get them straightened out. They owe me $50.00. Do not use this company again. Their customer service told me they would contact me, but two weeks later... nothing. I am very upset with this company.
Not sure why it took three times the estimated time to have it delivered. Called but still the "new" shipping day provided was off another week. I got them eventually.

It took me almost a month to receive my order. When I called after putting the order, they told me not to worry about anything and promised me they have the frame and my order will be delivered within a week, but I had to call their office 4 times until they started working on my frame. It happened to me twice this year and I almost cancelled my order.

I CALLED AND ASKED IF MY PERSCRIPTION CAN BE PUT IN PINK MIRROR LENS BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER! I WAS TOL YES! SO I PLACED ORDER. PINK MIRROR WITH PLANO LENSES WERE IN A BAGGY. IN A CASE WIT HSUNGLASSES WITH MY PERSCRIPTION IN A SMOKED LENS.

First time using this company and have to say that so far so good! The agent I spoke with was fantastic and made sure my prescription was entered correctly! Cant wait to get my new prescription sunglasses!
I had some questions about the frame I wanted. They didn't have it but were able to get it quickly. While I had them on the phone, the person helped me put in an order for lenses for my new frame. It took about one week to arrive. The lens quality appears very good. I'd certainly use them again
Today I received the sunglasses that I ordered 14 days ago. I am amazed at the quality of the prescription sunglasses that I received for the low price that I paid. They even matched the pink lenses that were on the demo! I highly recommend EZ Contacts, and will be back for more.
Ive used chat features on other websites and sometimes they are very rude but Jayne game me a really great experience! She was very quick to respond and knew the answers to all my questions. Also Very friendly!

At first I was afraid to order from this website due to all the bad reviews. But I took a chance and order a pair of glasses (frames only). I placed the order and forgot to apply my discount code to save 10%. I did a live chat to see if there's anything they can do to apply the code to my order. Clyde responded quickly and was able to apply the discount to my order! Now I'm just waiting to get my glasses :)
This is my first time placing an online order for contacts, as I usually order from my eye doctor's office but I could not pass up this pricing. I had a lot of difficulty adding the image of my prescription on the website when I ordered and even when I logged into my account. But, I utilized the live chat option on the website for assistance and they had this resolved within five minutes. The customer service is excellent, and I am just hoping to receive my order ASAP since I don't have much contacts left and will be without soon.
Advertised sunglasses they dont have. 2018 and cant keep accurate inventory. By the time they let me know that they didnt have, I missed an opportunity to buy on eBay because I thought I had a pair coming already. Charged me too without shipping me anything
A $25 fee for exchange after 30 days is NO WHERE listed on their website. It states that there will be a $3 restocking fee after 30 days, that's it! When I emailed them to exchange, they said there is a $25 fee and that theyre in the process of updating their website. I don't think they are in this process, they are just terrible!
Terrible customer service. I ordered my contacts July 11. One week later And they havent shipped yet. I called and apparently they were out of stock and dont know when theyre going to get my order sent. Mind you, they took the money out of my bank account the day I ordered July 11! So theyve had my money for a week but havent even sent out my order. The guy on the phone could care less and didnt try to help me out. I will never ever order with these guys again. If I would of known there was a delay, I would of ordered elsewhere. Now I am on my last pair of contacts and I wont have contacts for another week because now I have to place an order with someone else!

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
