I ordered contacts June 20 and they just arrived July 22. I placed weekly calls after the second week. They said at first it wears a manufacturing issue, the next week they said they would get back to me when they did a little research into the problem. (They didnt) A week ago they said the manufacturer would drop ship them to me (they didnt) and that they would express ship to me. They are for my daughter who had to leave on a two week trip the day before they arrived. Thought if I ordered them 4 weeks before her trip they would be here in plenty of time. Too bad it took 4 weeks and 5 days to arrive
Galvin Fein helped me with my order. He did a wonderful job! I would hire him because his customer service skills are excellent.
After writing this review and sending off another volley of emails, I was contacted by someone in the company who said my lenses were on their way. They were not due to arrive for another week but I did get them and the Rx was correct. Lenses are in good shape. After my experience with them, I'll stick with ordering my lenses from my eye doctor instead just to avoid the hassle in the near future.
I REALLY really wish I had read reviews of this place before ordering my lenses. They state that they don't charge you until the order is shipped and they took my money and a week later, it still hasn't shipped out. I am so angry right now. If I don't hear back from them, I am calling my credit card company and seeing if I can dispute the charge and have it reversed.
Stay away from this place!
I will adjust my review if I manage to get my lenses soon and if they are the correct Rx.
Ordered frames July 8, said would ship in 4 to 7 business days. It's been 12 and they won't respond to emails regarding it. Obviously they lie about shipping to get your purchase but have no ability or care about repeat business
I ordered Eyeglasses from Ezcontacts with Overnight shipping and have inquiring about my Eyeglasses for 11 days with my order status as Processing with no emails about delays or anything. Customer service agents lied and told me system was down I hung up and called back within 5 minutes and was lied to again by the next customer service representative that told me he doesnt know why eyeglasses are just sitting in the warehouse not shipped. I will never order anything from Ezcontacts.com ever again.
The products I purchased from EZContacts.com were of high quality. MY problem with the purchase was the time it took for me to get my products. Additionally there was some miscommunication with the customer service department. Everything ended up getting taken care of but it delayed my order more. All in all a good experience with them.
First time I order from here, I believe the rep that helped me was Clyde if not sorry. But what a service should be getting my order this week.! Thank you all

Placed an order - Tried calling them for updates. "Please wait - you are 50th in line" - it continues.
Tried contacting via email - "Mailbox full" auto reply.
Disputed with my credit card company - in 5 minutes i get an email that the order has been cancelled due to unavailability of product.

Easy even though frame was back ordered still had within 2 weeks. Good price and pretty fast considering frames I picked were back ordered
I was excited about a pair of sunglasses I'd found at a 45% lower cost than any closest competitor and immediately called to confirm the order was received. They sent confirmation email but nothing about shipping or tracking which was important because I didn't want to miss the package/risk theft.The first two associates I spoke to were on the third day of the 2-3 processing time, and both seemed annoyed and said it would ship today and I'd get confirmation with tracking info via email. I am reluctant to continue with this order because I have called twice and had waits of over ten minutes, while at work--and the attendants do not offer any info other than "you'll receive an email when your order has shipped--it'll go out today." It is now 2:45 PM EST, so there is certainly some time before the day ends, but it is now the back half of the business day and the last day they said it'd take to process. It'd be great to have that shipping confirmation for peace of mind as I have to be home to receive shipping where I live. After 17 minutes on hold I was hung up on! Complete joke! Silence then a click. Next guy was polite but couldn't even confirm if the order was shipped. It said in process--FOUR DAYS IN A ROW WHEN PROMISED 2-3 Processing before shipping. Complete Joke! They are trying to expedite shipping from manufacturer but as I originally stated: the discount had me doubting the authenticity and turnaround time--they assured me of authenticity and availability, but couldn't get the manufacturer to ship. They were $210.00 in store $100.00 at ex contacts. Should've known the money saved wouldn't be worth the headache that ensued.
The were great and delivered my glasses on time. The only suggestion I have is that you do not harass someone about writing a review
Very good quality of frame and lenses. Takes a little to get an order but it is understandable since you ordering prescription lenses.

I contacted EZContacts to change an order, and was able to do so with ease with the help of rep Galvin Fein. I am looking forward to receiving my glasses and will update my review with any changes.
I ordered my frames on 7th of July. Now it is 23rd of July. Neither have I any updates, nor a reply from them. I e-mailed them twice, after my e-mail, they said it'll be two days and my order will be shipped. Now, it's been 4 days since they replied me and I still don't have my frame. I cannot reach them! I don't recommend buying a single glass cloth from them.
Plus, I don't believe these reviews here. Most of them seemed fake to me.
The return policy is worded very differently between the website and the forms you are given when requesting a return. You might not actually get a full refund. I also had a cancelled order on an item listed on the website.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
