I ordered 3 pairs of RX glasses. They arrived at different times and one pair came a whole month later AND were children glasses. I had canceled the 3rd pair being that I had chosen a pair from the 2 I had received but they shipped them anyway! For the first pair I returned, I used the return link on the website, after not receiveing any confrimation, I reached out to customer service, once they FINALLY got back to me, they stated that link does not work... WHY have it on your site then! In regards to the refund process, im still fighting to get my money refunded. The first pair i returned, the money took 2 weeks to be back in my account, who knows when the second refund will be issued, and it clearly states on the return from 48-72 hours.
This company should be ashamed.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered contacts on Jul. 22nd for my girlfriend & was told the order could not be processed because I did not attach the prescription. I ordered again on Jul. 24th with the proper prescription and selected 2 day shipping. I did not receive the order until Jul 30th (6 days later). Then I received an email confirmation that my order from Jul. 22nd had been shipped. I contacted the customer service to stop the order from being shipped and was told I would get a call back and never did. All of this is on top of numerous emails & phone calls to the customer service about the two orders. I will not do business with this company ever again.
My 1st choice sunglasses were delayed for an extra 3 weeks, so I asked to replace with my 2nd choice. CSR helped with the switch & had me on my way in just a few minutes. The chat option is the best.
Great price, quick delivery! Perfect experience all around, Highly recommend. Also got glasses for 30.80 lenses included in 2 days!
I've gotten multiple emails asking to review EZContacts.
I keep thinking it's my shipping notification but it's just more spam asking to review a product I've been waiting 2 weeks for after being quoted a 2-3 day processing time.
Had an issue with prescription and they had no problem getting a redo approved. The prescription issue was from my Dr not them which made me appreciate the fact that they fixed his mistake. The prices are also very very good so I will be using them in the future for sure.
Easy to use website and check out process. Shipped quickly and in excellent condition. My son really likes his glasses.

After receiving my glasses and trying them on, I knew they were not what I expected and wanted to return them. I filled out the contact us form on their website to request a return. After several days I had no response, so I emailed customer support. No response from them (until 5 days later), in the meantime I called their phone number and spoke to Hero who asked me if I could stay on the line while he emailed the form so that he could confirm I received it. 8 mins on hold... I hung up.
I felt that customer communication and response time was extremely poor. I did receive the returns form via email and will be returning my glasses.
SO happy with my customer service experience through EZ Contacts! I love my glasses.
However, I feel like it took longer to ship then they said it would, that's ok though. I was in no rush:)
1 draw back I wish they would fix is letting the customer know how the product will be shipped (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc...). Just because, personally, my addresses differ from USPS to UPS. I had to call the company and UPS to determine where I would be able to pick up my package because I used my PO box instead of my physical home address.
Other than that it was a great experience. Will be ordering my glasses and contacts from EZ Contacts in the future!
I received my prescription sunglasses and I am so disappointed to find out the prescription is incorrect. I have always ordered prescribed glasses online and never had a problem. Im even more upset about your exchange return policy that states I would have to pay for shipping and half of the lenses in order to get his resolved! I think its horrible customer service.
I found the frames I loved for significantly cheaper here than what I was about to pay at my eye doctor! They arrived within a week. Great quality designer frames, super fast service, unbeatable pricing!

I am very upset with this company. I processed my order on Sunday 7/22/18 with my prescription with 2 day shipping and they cancelled my order because they couldn't see the RX. I went through this 3 times throughout the week. My last time I sent my RX on Wednesday and told them that I paid for 2 day shipping and needed this by Friday. I never received an email back stating that the order was accomplished. So I called them to track my order and express that it was very important to get my order by Friday. They told me that they could see a tracking number but not where it was located. It is now Thursday and it is stating that I won't receive my package by Monday. I am extremely upset with this whole situation.
My glasses were great. Didnt have to wait too long to get them in the mail. And the prescription was perfect. They are better then my Pearle Vision glasses. Will definitely be a returning customer.
Mark Briskman did a great job of solving my issues and getting my order to me promptly. I entered the wrong Rx, and he was able to fix it and get my order to me faster than I expected.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
