This is my first time ordering from this website but speaking to Jayne from customer service created a warm welcoming! She assisted me and gave me all the information I needed including when my contact lenses will arrive. Even though I took a few minutes to respond she didn't disconnect me.

The product I ordered was late and well beyond the time stated on their website. No follow up by customer service to update me on my order. Overall poor experience.

I ordered my glasses on July 21st. They were supposed to ship in 1-2 business days with 5-7 day shipping. Nearly 2 weeks later and they're still "processing" at the lab. I've emailed them on 7/27 and 8/2 and have been told both times that my glasses are still in the lab and I'll be notified when they have shipped, which I suspect will be NEVER! I've twice requested to cancel the order and receive a refund, which they have completely ignored. I wish I'd seen the reviews before I ordered.
Fast and easy way to order glasses online. Found a pair of glasses I loved and EZContacts had the lowest price. Glasses arrived quickly and were perfect.
Glasses were so delayed compared to every other pair I've ordered - I had to check on them finally after waiting so long. They came and the lenses are not as dark at all as the sample pair. I'm not super satisfied but they'll have to work.
This is my 2nd time purchase with EZcontacts. They have the best online price for authentic sunglasses, and also the best customer service ever. I've tried both customer service by phone call and chat, they always fulfilled my request. Especially Galvin Fein, who helped me adding another item to my previous order through chat. I will definitely come back for more!

Love that I got the frames for half the cost of the exact same frames at my optometrist's office. I sent in my new prescription and received the glasses within 2 weeks. They fit perfectly and are exactly what I wanted. Very happy with purchase and timely shipping.
My eye doctors office prices are always crazy high, so, I looked online at Zenni optical, but they do not have good sports goggles, so I went to a Lens Crafters... where on sale (40% off) the same glasses we're about $230 ish... here on EZ contacts... I got the same glasses for about $120 ish!
The choice is EZ! Haha!
I love the range and quality of products but had a terrible time trying to track my order. Customer service finally wrote back to me and it took almost 3 weeks to process my purchase. Overall, I'd use them again but hope that they get more people on board to support the obviously booming order quantities.

The shipping dates are misleading they do not ship on time your order will stall there unless you call or contact them.
I had to contact them because the order kept saying that need to approve my prescription so when I did guy told me it was approved and apologized for delay that it will ship in 48 hrs.
Then afyer 48 hours to only tell you it's been Fully shipped but they are unable to give a tracking number.
They say the money will be taken out of your bank when ready to ship but they don't ship... and take your money out of your bank anyways...
My order says that it fully shipped but they don't have a tracking number for it... told me wait 48 hours it's been more than that still no tracking...
They say oh that happens sometimes...
I worked in shipping dep before and when you create a label you generate a tracking number... so no label no tracking how is the order fully shipped? As of now I believe they took my money and I probably won't see my contacts in weeks by reading other people's reviews.
I will NOT purchase again.
Even tho our chat got disconnected galvin returned and handled my issue quickly and efficiently. He emailed me a form I needed and resolved my issue.
This is my second time ordering eyewear from you all turn around time is terrible customer service is terrible backorder never was called nothing just terrible do not like the service but my money was takennever again
This was my first experience with EzContacts.com. I found the exact pair of Tom Ford sunglasses, that I was eyeing at Nordstrom, on sale for half the price. Plus I got a promo code for an additional 8% off for signing up for email. Shipping was free. My new sunglasses arrived by the end of the same week! EzContacts packaged them well and enclosed a free gift (tiny eyeglass screw driver and a cleaning cloth). I've already told others about my experience. A+

Ordering could not have been smoother and prices are great. I had a small question that Galvin helped with right away.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
