Galvin was so helpful! I was asking a specific color that i wanted but sadly it is discontinued :( he explain me the refund policy and offer me other models. Thank you for your great service. For sure will make my first order with ezcontacts

Extremely delayed shipping, poor customer service, and a generally horrible experience for what should be a simple transaction. After weeks of not receiving them (3-5 business days indeed), I needed them for a month-long trip. So they said they would overnight them to me -- at my cost of course -- and they still did not arrive by the next day as promised, leaving me in the lurch without lenses, despite repeated assurances and an additional $13 overnight fee that I was naive enough to pay. Never again.

I got the same frames that were in the optometrists office for 1/3 of the price. Great glasses! Order was received in about 2 weeks and the quality is very good. We will order again.

Order sent three times. They denied that my prescription was readable even though it was in printed form. They kept requesting I use their online doctor for their eye test. Then they finally sent a shipping confirmation and when I spent over an hour tracking the order I found it was sent across the country. Upon contacting the company, they acknowledged they had the wrong order and although they had charged me, they never shipped. Totally unorganized, multiple emails from several staff with conflicting information, and when I called and asked to speak to a manager, one would not even take my call. Find another company for your business, EZContacts is all but easy!

One of the cheaper prices for BioTrue 1 Day contacts, free shipping. Only problem I had was they never notified me when my order was shipped. So after 9days waiting I had to call customer support and they notified me that the manufacturer contains all shipping info and my order was already being delivered.

Website is a little hard to figure out so Galvin helped me place my order. Quick and efficient! One thing I will add, be careful when ordering contacts - there were different links when I did a Google search which came up with different prices for the exact same product, all being sold at EZContacts. Prices I got were half the price I would have paid at eye dr.!

Not Impressed!

Although my prescription glasses arrived in a very sturdy case, the frame had been squished quite badly. I had to take them to a optical store to get them repaired. I was told that they were badly squished and that they weren't able to fully restore them. I was not able to return the glasses and wait another 3-4 weeks for a refund because I needed them immediately.
I will not shop at this retailer anymore.

I have opted for brand name Cryzal Avance lenses on both the frames I ordered and Transitions on one of them. Both frames arrived and the frames were authentic. The package came missing all the material from essilor ie. Cryzal and transitions. I have ordered these lenses half a dozen times and they always come with a certificate, some literature, a Cryzal cleaning cloth. The lenses also feel sub-par. I feel that I paid full price of authentic lenses and was sold knock offs or generics. Very disappointed. I also called and asked if the can provide any paperwork proving what type of lenses they sold me. They said they will have an optician call and tell me they were real. I want paperwork not a word on the phone. I don't care what you paid for them, as long as they are authentic, I would be fine. This is my second order from your company. The last order was for contacts.

I ordered contacts late on a Friday night, knowing that the order wouldn't be processed until the following Monday. I needed to recieve the contacts the following Monday because i was flying out of town the next day. Their website says orders ship in 1-2 days via USPS, and that I would be notified if there was a delay. At the time of the order, I signed up for order status notifications.

On Wednesday i still hadn't gotten any notifications via text or email, so I went to their site. Their tracking page said there was no activity yet, but when I went to look at my actual order in my account, it said "Fully Shipped". I figured their tracking site just needed to update at midnight or whatever.

On Thursday there were still no updates, and I had not gotten any notifications that the order would be delayed. I tried contacting them through their live chat service, but that was taking forever. I started out #4 in the queue. When I finally made it down to #1, it went back to #2 in the queue at a couple of minutes. It kept jumping back and forth between those, so I just ended the chat and sent them and email instead.

On Friday I FINALLY got an update that it had shipped the day before. I ordered 6 boxes of contacts. For as much as I paid for the order, you'd think they could have spent a couple of extra bucks to make it priority mail. No. It went via the UPS and USPS service, which will take 5 days, and these will arrive at my home a couple of days into my trip. If they had shipped in 1-2 days, it wouldn't have been a problem. I had to buy a couple of boxes from my eye doctor (very expensive) for my trip.

Between the practices of this company not being what they say, and the fact that I have received zero response from their customer service, I'm not at all happy with my experience.

I conducted a live chat and was promptly greeted by Galvin. I let him know I wanted to check on my order status and he was more than willing to help. He Checked with his status team and was awaiting an answer. Galvin assured me, he would be in touch before his shift ended, with an answer. Soon after, I received an email from Galvin who provided me with the shipping schedule and reached out to the manufacturer. He upgraded my shipping to priority mail without me even asking. Galvin was very pleasurable to work with.
