I ordered from EZ Contacts for their competive pricing... NOT WORTH IT! I paid for it in the end with the hours of hold time that I had to repeatedly call customer service in their time zone to see where my glasses were a Week later and got 3 different stories from reps. Website said they'd ship in 3 days and wouldn't charge me until they went to the lab - non of that happened and I was charged immediately. Finally 2 weeks later (double the expected time) and about 6 calls to the supervisor who was unhelpful - I received my glasses. Never ordering from them again!
No one told me the glasses I ordered we back ordered and I paid extra to rush them overnight I didn't get them for almost 4 weeks. I just kept getting the run around and no one tried to do anything to compensate me or make me happy. Hell I would have been happy with just refunding the over night shipping or someone just telling me what was going on not me doing Nancy Drew work on solving the mystery of the missing ordered glasses.
This order took THREE WEEKS from placement to shipping. Interesting coincidence', the order was finally filled and shipped the week AFTER I called to find out what was taking so long and submitted a complaint to PayPal to cancel the payment (as my account was IMMEDIATELY charged when the order was placed). Costco doesn't stock frames either but turns around a complete order in SEVEN days. I'll never use EZContacts nor recommend them.
After reading all the negative reviews I was worried about my order, was tempted to cancel, but glad I didn't. I got a good deal and they were exactly what I wanted. The order processing time took a bit, but that may be just a one time thing. Customer service was very friendly too.
Frames were not in-stock (not mentioned during order), then order was lost or misplaced or something. I ordered on the 6th of the month, on the 16th (after I called several times) I was told they were expected to arrive for processing within two days. Not sure if that happened, because they weren't delivered until the 27th of the month. I have no problem waiting if I'm told about it, but I had to initiate every interaction to find out why my order was taking so long.
Glasses came late but got a refund on the shipping and a discount coupon so that made up for it... they are great personl glasses... would easily be twice as much as i paid.
Talk about ordering brand-name Rx glasses online being "EZ"! It was ridiculously-so, in fact! But more than just "easy", it was incredibly-affordable. Learning about the history of the Persol brand, originally designed for motorsports and aeronautics, plus their preference by legendary Steve McQueen, I decided to indulge myself for my birthday (not saying which one), and bought a pair. My first set of Transitions lenses, too. The glasses arrived in perfect condition, and the Rx was spot-on. Then again, I wanted the green photo-chromic tint, which not every online eyewear shop offers, so that was another deciding factor in going with EZ Contacts. Lastly, their prices for my Italian-made Persols were the same as the "in-network" eyecare company my work vision plan uses, but with EZ Contacts, I aIso get to receive a nice "out-of-network" co-pay reimbursement. I WILL definitely use them again. Not just "EZ", but... MOLTO BENE'!
Found great prices plus a promo code and then used online customer service chat with Galvin Fein that was pleasant, quick and easy! Will be using them again and again for my contacts!
This site does NOT sell authentic sunglasses! I read good reviews about this website and decided to purchase a pair of Prada sunglasses since the price was much lower than in the store. Everything worked out great I received the product in several days with all the labels and in an original packaging. I was extremely happy that I was able to find those sunglasses 100% authentic and at the lower price. I even subscribed and planned to buy more products and also recommended this website to many of my friends. However, it has been a little more over a year and these sunglasses got damaged. The top mirror layer of the lenses started to peel off and now looks all scratched up. I can't even see properly through them anymore, it looks like the lenses are always dirty. I would like to emphasize the fact that I am very careful with all my possessions especially the pricey ones. I guarantee that I have never dropped or scratched them. I always wiped them with the cloth that came with them and always kept them in the original box. If I pay more than $200 for an item, I really take good care of it. I wrote to their customer service and they replied a week later simply saying they had one year warranty and there was nothing they could do. It just proves they sell fake products because authentic sunglasses don't look like this after a year. It is really disappointing and I literary feel robbed.
Love my frames! They were half the price of the vision place in my City! It was my first time to order my prescription progressive lenses online and it was easy! Love them!
The dolce gabana prescription lenses are very flimsy. They are light weight, the foot has fallen off already twice since I fought it since tre screw easily comes off- never happened to me with other dolce gabana and sunglasses in general. The prescription glass is awful it is brown, looks amber and I am generally dissatisfied so much I need to change the crystals although I paid a lot to get then tailor made.
I previously submitted a 5 STAR review, but after needing to exchange my frames, I must lower it. I have to pay for a failed product, AND shipping. I was told it would be 10 days, now I find out that it will be closer to 45 days. Apparently, this company doesn't understand that some people NEED their glasses
I purchased two very expensive sunglasses for a business trip and was promised overnight shipping after the few days of processing for my prescription. I kept calling and they kept promising to overnight the order but I received it a month later and after I left for my business trip.
I ordered my sons contacts online through ex contacts for the first time. It was a very easy process and I received the contacts within five days. I am very satisfied with them and they kept me updated on my shipping. Very reasonable priced. I will definitely be reordering through them!
Mark and Janet (on-line customer chat) were both a huge help since I had two different concerns about my order (my fault here on my end). Both were very patient and professional! Very satisfied with the customer service. I will order again!
Contacts, no brainer, came quickly but two and half weeks after order, glasses still haven't shipped. Disappointed and will not be using them again for glasses as other retailers at the same price point have far quicker turn around. Again, ok for contacts, but I would look else where for glasses.
My experiences via the Live Chat make me want to remain a customer, but their web site does not seem to provide a tracking number or send SSMS text in a timely manner, and it took 2 weeks to ship my last order via free shipping. Very good pricing, though, and I must say that 2 previous orders (of less specialized contacts) with expedited shipping did process and ship very quickly!

I worked with Galvin Fein to change the shipping on my order from the regular free shipping to UPS Ground. He was quick and knowledgeable about everything! He also arranged it that my shipment would go straight from the manufacturer so I could get my contacts sooner, as I need to have them by next Friday. He was excellent and I am completely satisfied with your customer service.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
