I love the quatliy, but the frames were cut uneven. However, shipping and what not was really fast so that was a positive part.
EZ Contacts tells you what you want to hear. Then f s up your order! I ordered contacts from them two weeks ago, they sent me the wrong prescription they have no idea where my prescription is. They are currently holding $180 on my credit card. Called customer service today and he said oh I will call you back today and let you know,, yes we should be able to overnight the correct lenses to you I heard N0THING! I'm canceling the charge on my credit card and calling Better Business Bureau!
Prices are the lowest I have found... but shipping is SLOW! Ordered 7/30 and received 8/13. It showed available and still took a week to even ship out! This is my 2nd order from them and BOTH were extremely slow!
First time buyer from this site. It was very easy to place my order and the price was exactly what I was looking for! The downside is the shipping speed. I'm not sure why it took so long (over 1 week) to arrive from Brooklyn when I live in Maryland. I would still purchase from them again.
My order was extremely delayed and it took over a month for me to get my glasses. As if that wasnt enought he frame was way too big for my head and ive had to tape it so that it doesnt fall off
I ordered two pairs of glasses on July 5th. Website stated that it will be available in 2-3 days. I received an email on July 16th apologizing for the delay and that I should receive my glasses in 24-48 hours. After two days, I called to check the status just to be told by the representative that one of the glasses was discontinued and the other is in "transit". I was beyond pissed! Why should I call to find out that it was discontinued after an email was sent stating that I was getting them in 24-48 hours. I went on the website while I was on the phone with the representative and the "discontinued" glasses were listed "in stock". Very dishonest! I asked for the location of the other glasses and the representative told me that she doesn't know... it's just in "transit". I had to pick another color in place of the discontinued pair and that was another nightmare. They put the prescription for the "in transit" in the replacement pair. I was beyond livid! These are two different glasses, with two different prescriptions for two different children for school. You can't mess that up. I cancelled my order.
I don't know if it is the wrong prescription or crappy lenses but I can't see. Super disappointed and bummed. Also, shipping took much longer than stated. Would not order again.
My son loves the frame but he was uncomfortable with the lenses. So, we had to consult with his optometrist. One of the lenses was off and we had to give it changed.
The process took over 4 weeks to get my sun glasses, And you would not honor my cancellation notice, I will not buy anything else from you.
Placed order 7/3, website said 3 day extra processing. Called often and got the "run around". Finally received my order 7/31. Very well packaged and shipped. The glasses are beautiful and even came with the original, non prescription lens. Ezcontacts took forever but saved me $250 from the local big box. Will order again.
Ordered glasses on 7/1/18 and received the glasses on 8/2/18. No word from them until I reached out.
Got a great price on a pair of Armani sunglasses. Took over a month to receive them and that's my only complaint.
Ordered these frames only because they were triple the price at a brand name store, will never order from ezcontacts again. My girlfriends order and mine took over one month and the lenses arrived literally popping out of the frame. I now need to spend money to repair... they are lucky I love this frame so much or else I would shove it right back up their...
It was my first time ordering prescription glasses on the computer. Of course, EZContacts helped me through the ordering process. GREAT JOB!

I ordered the Oakley Validate in black which is the same glasses that have currently, previously purchased from Glasses.com. When my oredered arrived it was not as described, missing the white O logo on both arms of the glasses. I called to have them replaced but since I did not have original shipping box I could not exchange them. I was then told, after another looooong wait on the phone, that I would be given a 10% credit back to my card I paid with. I was also told that before given the credit EZContacts would email me the details. I have never received an email confirming that I would get the credit and my card still has not been credited back. I love the fact that they have my favorite frames but the company really lacks customer service and promt willingness to help when things were clearly wrong on their end.
Price is very reasonable but the second one i ordered took too long to be delivered. It took almost a month. In this case (out of stock or something), i thought they would upgrade the shipping option, at least. I would be upset if that was the only thing i have ordered and being delayed. But fortunately that was the second one and the first one was delivered on time.
They explained and appologize a few times, but still it took very long time (one month) to receive.
Overall good glasses and good price.
I emailed their costumer service once, but the initial response took longer than expected although it was helpful. To follow up on the order again, I decided to use their live chat. Galvin Fein responded to my inquiry right away and explained the details of where my glasses are currently in. He also reassured me to expect the glasses to be shipped by end of the week. Thank you for the help!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
