One item was out of stocknot notified. Then the other item that was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days took over 3 weeks to arrive with no appropriate updates. Would never use this company again.
My husband and I ordered 2 pairs of glasses each on July 22. Today is August 15 and we only received 1 pair out of 4. The site says allow 3-5 days to make prescription glasses. It's been 3 weeks so far and we are still missing most part of our order.
Somewhat disappointing..
Mark Briskman was very attentive to my concerns. He contacted the manufacturer and got me a shipment date; my order is on its way and I couldn't be happier thanks again.

The only thing I can complain about is the lack of communication. The frames were delayed from the manufacturer. I found out after I called them
Although they communicated with me the order took over six weeks to get. Not sure what I got are original Ray Ban.
Very nice looking glasses. Took a while to ship. The Sz is perfect for my face. The price was very reasonable too!
Their website says 7 business days for making the lenses and getting the frames but it took 11 business days before they shipped my glasses even though they told me on day 7-10 that they would be shipped out the next day and then never shipped then until the 11th business day.
Package was sent to a completely different state even though I provided the correct address. Now I have to wait 20 days until my "claim" is resolved; I wish I had all day to talk about the incompetence of this company. Representative e-mails me back to tell me that I might have to wait 20 days, even though it was their own mistake, audacity...
Now I have to go out of my way, go to a store and purchase my contacts, total waste of money and time. I don't even think this claim will ever be processed, they will most likely make up a bunch of other things to not have to deal with all that, so basically lost $80.00. They suck and lack organization, my advice to you is to just go to the store and spend a little more because there is a 50% chance that they will screw up your order and you'll end up paying for wasting your time. NEVER making the mistake of trusting EZContacts again.
Ordered glasses, website said 3-5 days processing & shipping-they failed to mention they had to wait to receive them from the manufacturer! It took a month to receive my order. They "upgraded" my shipping-to priority mail... yeah okay-still was going to take 3-5 days from when they shipped... ONCE they received them from the manufacturer! Priority shipping my a**! This was such a terrible experience!
For the price i paid for a year supply of contacts and a pair of glass. Is what i would of paid for not even the Pair of Glasses, my local eye doctor wanted for $500 of just the classes and double for one box of contacts. I would have paid well over $800 localy, when i paid $372 savings of over $428, which i will be using to get sunglasses now and still saving $100
Galvin Fein quickly took care of my refund and cancellation of my order...I realized I was the one who made the mistake of typing in the wrong Rx and realized they didn't have my lens in stock. He was quick and efficient and answered all of my questions and cancelled it immediately. THANKS Galvin! :-)
I have been working out a refund for the last month because my glasses were advertised for a week shipping and didn't come until I left the country a month later from when I ordered them. I am still awaiting a refund
I ordered two boxes of contacts from EZContacts (different prescription for left/right eyes). One box was brand I ordered and second box was a different brand. I contacted their customer service department for shipment of correct brand and was told item would not ship until movement on return shipment was confirmed. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of waiting that long for correct shipment. I've asked for complete return of order as shipment was incorrect.

My original choice was unavailable but I was contacted immediately and offered another option. Adjustment was made and refund was quick. The glasses arrived promptly, packaged well, and accurately made. I am very pleased and will use EZ contacts again without hesitation.
Took the time to call the optometrist right then and there because we were worried about the documentation we submitted. Made us feel much more comfortable!
It took over 1 month to finally get my glasses. The website puts up frames that EZContacts is not sure of the stock and the entire experience sucks out a lot of time. EZcontacts did not pay back any money as a gesture for causing large delays, while they make sure to collect the money the moment order is placed. The prices are good but be ready to go thru the delay and confusion
I was please with my experience with EZContacts. The ordering process was easy and the prices are competitive.
The order did take a while to receive but it's understandable.
It was really quick and easy to order my husband's and my own contacts from here. I was unsure if I could order 2 different prescription in one order, but Mark Briskman, through their instant chat, was able to help me out. He sent me an email to reply with our prescriptions and after our order was placed, he was able to approve our order in real time. Our order was reviewed, approved, and started processing for shipment within 10 minutes.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
