They were very difficult to reach by phone. Also didn't return my calls when I left a message. The delivery took a very long time to arrive and when I did, it was a major fiasco to return the glasses. They also charged 50% of the item to return it plus postage. The glasses were totally unsatisfactory is several ways. I will NEVER order from them again. Hideous customer service.
I waited two weeks for the frames to even make it to the factory to get put in the lab. Must be so busy they forgot about my order. I had to contact the company twice bec I was leaving out of town soon. Glasses arrived within a month of order. I am happy with them though and everything came with a cloth and spray to clean the glasses also with extra frames.
When I first ordered glasses it took 2 weeks to come then they were messed up so I send them back and now I'm waiting for new glasses and it's been over a month
The whole process was so easy and I just had to wait for the product to come in the mail. The glasses I ordered fit well because I had tried them on elsewhere and I really liked them.
Took over a month for anyone to contact me regarding my glasses. Once someone realized, then they were prompt. But overall, dissatisfied with the quality of the glasses themselves. Seem like cheap plastic and have had to have them readjusted twice due to them widening after moving bow, putting on my head when I don't need them, etc.
The frames are awesome, but one side of the glasses' arms is a little damaged. Not too bad but being that it took about a month to arrive I expected them to be perfect. Still great glasses.
Very bad experience. I ordered on Jul 20th and still haven't received the product. Followed up multiples times but no response
My glasses arrived with a scratch on the lens. I then had to provide photos to support my claim and get free shipping back to the distributor. I still have not received my refund. I am very disgruntled.

Ordered prescription sunglasses, they didn't have it in stock so it had to be ordered from the manufacturer in Italy the process took a little over a month. I would of paid more then double if I where to get it at Macy's with prescription so the price that I got it for made up for the long wait time. I was just worried they where a scam company, but they're legit and the product is authentic so if they don't have the product, just be patient. Customer service usually replies within a day or 2.
Took me a month to finally receive my order. Good thing, i had an old eyeglass to use while i waited. The price was the best but if you are in need of sth rt. Away, i would not recommend. But if you are looking for a deal and have no problem waiting then this is the destination.
I ordered a few different pairs of prescription sunglasses and glasses recently. Unfortunately there were multiple issues with the order itself as it arrived, but Janine in customer service was incredibly helpful and attentive to my concerns. Though I had a few problems with the actual order, she made sure to rectify them all and make the process as smooth as possible. She clearly understands what it is to provide wonderful customer service and I wanted to take the time to commend her.
I ordered glasses for my daughter - same size frames as her current pair. The frames ordered were narrower in a side by side comparison. I sent the back for a exchange for a larger size. Delivery confirmation indicates that they frames were returned 5 days ago but customer service has no information about when the new frames will be available as they didn't have that the return was made. Initial order placed 20 days ago - several more weeks for the exchange. Poor exchange process
I placed my order and they notified me a few days later that they had no longer the item and that it would be discontinued. They finally managed to get me the model I wanted, but this just delayed a lot the delivery, and I needed the glasses urgently. They should incorporate real time stock availability into the website, so you can decide if you prefer another model that will arrive more quickly.
Mark was extremely helpful and went out of the way to speed up my shipping as I was on a time crunch. Will definitely order from EZContact again!
Love my new frames and lenses got them and they fit perfectly have recommended sit to friends and family.
I received really good pricing through EZContact. I do however feel that their customer service is not the best. I reached out at least three times to see where my order was at because the site showed it had shipped but no tracking number was available. Finally I received an email, close to three weeks later that my order was coming directly from the manufacturer, hence the long wait. I wish they had had that communication with me to begin with.
I ordered my glasses on July 6th, they lost my order at DHL and had to reorder again. If I had not been so persistent in calling, they may not have even known. After calling 5 times, I finally got my next order rolling. I asked for 1/2 off another pair and expedited shipping. No luck on the half price and I did receive my eyeglasses August 3rd. I do love my glasses but am afraid to order from them again.
My order was delayed by almost two months without any prior notice and I had to actively follow up myself to know about the status of my order. I was without prescription glasses for a month because I was never told my order was delayed as they claim in their website that they do inform if that happens
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
