I HAVE PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED 3 PAIRS OF GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES FROM THIS SITE WITH NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. MOST RECENTLY(6-6-18), I PURCHASED A PAIR OF GLASSES AND SUNGLASSES. THE GLASSES CAME 1-2 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE. I AM STILL WAITING ON THE SUNGLASSES THAT I ORDERED ALONG WITH THE GLASSES. IT IS 10 WEEKS TODAY. ALL THEY KEEP TELLING ME IN OUR CORRESPONDENCE IS THEY WILL PRIORITIZE MY ORDER WHEN IT REACHES THE LAB AND UPGRADE MY SHIPPING. I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR A REFUND THE PAST 3 EMAILS I HAVE SENT. I JUST KEEP GETTING THE SAME BS INSTEAD OF A REFUND. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO THIS COMPANY. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME. I BOUGHT THE SUNGLASSES FOR SUMMER... IF THEY WERE NOT IN STOCK IT SHOULD NOTE THAT!
Was told 5-7 days and it came on the 11th day I don't like being promised 1 thing and then another happens!
Very disappointed with the actual product because the prescription didn't feel right. The service I received was poor too- the glasses took over 1 month to arrive and no updates were provided, the customer service email inbox is full and can't accept new messages, I waited on hold for 20 mins, and the agent was unhelpful when I finally did reach someone
I probably won't ever go in store for frames again! The prescription and fit is perfect, and they shipped sooner than expected!
EZ contacts kept my money for FOUR months before admitting that they could not fill the order.
After many calls and emails, they substituted the most similar item they had. I was told that they had "expedited" the shipping due to the inconvenience. BUT that shipping was delayed as well. No communication to tell me it was happening or why.
Though my glasses finally arrived, EZ contacts actually CHARGED ME for the price differential on the substituted frames.
Perhaps they are better with contacts than glasses, but I will NEVER use them again so I will not bother to find out.
Glasses came right on time. The site was easy to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for. I set up alerts to figure out when my stuff was coming and they were very prompt and accurate
I ordered Acuvue Oasys Hydraclear contacts and as a user of this exact brand for over half my life, I KNOW how these contacts react under all circumstances. The ones they sent me were NOT acuvue brand contacts. The packaging looked fine & normal, but the contacts lasted about 4 days (they are 2 week lenses) and they started drying up and hurting. I still had a pair of real acuvues (over a month old) and i compared the two; the ones from this website were significantly smaller and the numbers on them were worn off. I did not use either pair any more intensely so this leads me to believe they are selling counterfeit contacts lmao wow. Anyway, I didn't notice how long they took to ship, so I gave 2 stars.

My contacts came in in a decent time but my eye glasses took several weeks. I had a hard time getting used to my new contacts bc I still had my old eye glasses
I really love them, but it LITERALLY took 2 and half weeks to get them. When I called to inquire, they told me they would, as a courtesy, send them 2 day priority, I didn't receive until 7 days later. It was such a hassle and since I need them to drive at night, I was limited to get things done in the day time. Other than this, the glasses are great!
All of my orders have taken longer than the expected time frame that was advertised and the metal frames had a horrible fit and only lasted a few weeks before become extremely bent out of shape and unusable.
I am so in love with my new glasses, these are the 2nd pair that i have ordered from EZContacts and i will definitely use them again in the future, the frames are such good quality and they arrive pretty quickly as well.
I have previously ordered contact lenses from EZContacts with no problem. However, when I ordered glasses, I experienced a complete lack of communication unless I phoned to request an update on my order. I placed my order on July 25, and after checking the order status online and seeing that the glasses were still not shipped after two weeks, I phoned and found out that the frame took much longer to obtain from the Armani Exchange manufacturer than the 2-to-3-days estimate shown on the website. I was told that the glasses were now in the lab, and within the same week they should be ready for shipping to me. After another week had passed, I phoned again and found out that the lab experienced quality issues while installing the lenses, and now EZContacts would have to obtain another pair of frames from Armani Exchange. I asked for an additional discount due to this delay, and was promised an answer within one day. Two days later I had to phone again, and it was then that I decided to cancel the order. Each time I phoned there were notations in EZContact's computer system about the problems with my order, yet no one e-mailed or phoned to update me. I don't believe in giving business to a retailer that has poor service, even if the prices are low.
Took 3 weeks to get my order from new york to virginia. Its a 6 hour drive. I contacted them multiple times and took up to 3-4 days to here a reply. I wouldnt recommend this website to anyone.
The glasses I ordered are well made. The only problem is that I had to wait more than a month for them. I wish they had at least communicated with me to tell me that there would be a delay.
I most likely would still not have my order had I not lilterally DEMANDED they send my glasses immediately after I waited three weeks and was told they were "still being processed". I finally got them. Don't like the frames as much as I thought I would, but there is no way I'm going to deal with them to try and get my money back. I'll just cut my losses and go somewhere else in a couple months when my insurance will pay for new glasses again.
This site makes it easy to enter your prescription and get what you want, when you want and at less than you expected to pay!
I ordered two pairs of glasses. One pair of sunglasses and one pair of glasses. The sunglasses delivered within one week, but I still have not received the regular pair of glasses. I also have not received any update about why there is such a delay with the glasses and when I email EZContacts, I just get radio silence.
With regards to the delivered pair, I wanted to return them. I emailed EZContacts to schedule a return, but I have not heard back yet.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
