My experience with EZcontacts was great everything went super smoothly and the lenses are very well done. The craftsmanship is top notch.My son loves it and I really appreciated the real time shipping update.

I was more than happy with the pricing on the website (not sure if I had a special offer or not) but was a little uncomfortable about how fast it would be delivered. I went onto the 'live chat' option and was helped by Mark. He confirmed that the order had been processed and that the prescription I had uploaded was good also. He then advised that he would arrange for it to be treated as a priority order - lovely.
Just need to see how quickly it arrives now but all good so far.
I ordered glasses from this site only to get an email Two days later that says the glasses are no longer available and will become available in a MONTH. Which is absolute stupidity that they took my money for the product and then told me I would have to wait 30 + days for the product to even become available then another week for shipping. Ezcontacts can suck my ***
Eye glass order. I was told 4 to 5 day delivery. It took a month. Tried to get customer service by phone and online. Very poor service and had to wait a number of days for response and was on hold for hours... I will not buy from EZContacts again...
Galvin Fein is an amazing rep, he was able to help me update my order within minutes and even had my Rx approved. Pricing is also very good!
I ended up ordering glasses on the old website. I never received confirmation, so I called and they said they had no record of my order and to contact Paypal for a refund. I did so and reordered the glasses on the newer website. I received the glasses, and weeks later, received the first order they had "no record of". Now I have to go through returning the first order. The glasses were fine, but they really need to get it together in terms of organization. Get rid of the old website!
Besides waiting 3 weeks for the glasses that said they would be there in 3/5 days, my husband still loves them. Can't say I would order from you again.
Sent me the wrong prescription for my contacts. Someone was supposed to call me but never did. Several emails and calls still nothing. Feel like I've been ripped off. Horrible experience. Don't waste your time/money! Reporting them to the BBB. Scam!
I paid almost half the price, with prescription lenses, than the frame alone cost at lens crafters. The original order was delayed because they did not have my color choice in Asian fit, but the reorder was timely

I have ordered three sets of reading glasses from EZContacts and they have all been great (kate spade, verscace and ted baker).
I bought some kate spade glasses from a high end optometry store. I was always having the problem where the sides would bend out too far. I lost them so I ordered a pair from EZContacts. They fit properly, the sides never bend and they feel nice. I think the first pair I bought from the store were fake.
Never had a problem with EZContacts.
When I ordered my Serengeti Drivers, they charged my card immediately but then, when I inquired after 2 weeks, they said it was on back order. When I inquired again after about 2 months, they said that frame had been discontinued but I could have the same glasses with a shiny frame rather than a dull one. I said OK but when they shipped them, they charged me an extra $27.00 for them. I am not a happy camper!

First time I have ever tried ordering glasses and something is not right with the prescription. I feel dizzy and light headed when wearing them. I can see okay, but something is way off.
I placed an order for my son's glasses on July 6. I received an email notification on July 16th that my order had not been processed due to an error but they were expecting to ship the glasses in 48 hours. A week later I called since I hadn't received word they were shipped. No one could give me any answers when I called except the "order was processing and would ship out in 48 hours". This happened every time I called until I finally received the glasses on August 8th. I would not buy again from them.
Ordered July 6, delivered August 9.

After 3 weeks, I called, they said my glasses were at the lab and they would ship them in 3 days for FREE, its already been 3 weeks. 1.5 weeks later I received them.

I lost my fav pair of Tom Ford sunglasses. After 5 years it was time to purchase new ones. Came across EZ Contacts and found a pair that I liked. Had a question about their return policy and started a chat with Galvin Fein (online rep). He was awesome, helped me through the purchase process. Set the whole purchase up and gave me a discount. Definitely earned my business. Will purchase again from them.
I love my new glasses but they took a long time (a whole month) to get them. Maybe this is typical for online ordering (this was my first time buying glasses online). I am happy now that I have them though=)
Perfect find on sunglasses, exactly what I needed. The chat associate was prompt and friendly. If in the future I need sunglasses, I will look here first. I have high expectations and hope on the quality of product.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
