Ordering was easy. I just used the info my eye doctor gave me. The price was way lower than what I would have paid at the office, too. Super happy with me glasses and the great notifications I always got from EZ Contacts about my order status. I will definitely buy from them again.

The glasses are just what I wanted! They fit great too. They fitted the frames with prescription lenses and sent the no prescription lenses too.
Placed my order for some new shades with EZ Contacts several days ago and paid for overnight shipping. A few days passed and nothing arrived. I checked the order status on their site and it said they haven't even shipped yet. I have tried multiple times to simple cancel the order but I have gotten zero response.
Perfect example of why Amazon dominates and puts people like this out of business.

The glasses are not what we expected. They fog up all the time and the rubber around the eye socket hurts my daughter.
Tried to return my eyeglasses to get them with the right prescription and a week later still haven't received my shipping label. Just got contacted today and the person just said that I had already talked to someone else. What kind of response is that?
Ordering was easy. Phone help regarding prescription was friendly and informative. But two weeks after ordering, the status (order being processed) hadn't changed and I had to follow up. The contact person was responsive and gave an estimated ship date. A week after the estimated ship date had passed, the status still had not changed (order being processed). After another follow up inquiry the glasses finally shipped (almost one month after order). I received it in good shape and the optics are just OK (not as good as glasses from my local optometrist, but considering the lower price, it is acceptable).
Horrible because I waited over a month to receive the glasses, only for them to be cut/layered wrong. Took over a week to even reach their warehouse, when I returned them. Haven't received them back yet, but once I do get them, and you ask for a survey, I'm sure I won't have many nice things to say.

I have a problem with the glasses. They have prescription lenses. I do not need prescription lenses. I ordered regular clear lenses. How do I ship them back to get the correct lenses?

Glasses are perfect but 5 weeks is way too long. Ordered Jul 7 & received Aug 15. Frames showed 2-3 days availability but was backordered 2-3 weeks. I called weekly for updates but got different info every time.
My glasses arrived with the wrong prescription. I double checked the prescription and it is correct. How do I return the glasses for refund?
After a month, I received a nice pair of glasses. Using a 30% off coupon gave me an excellent price.
My order was delayed. There was no proactive notification from EZContacts. I had to repeatedly initiate inquiries which were always replied to with a statement of delay. It felt like I had to contact them to get the order moving, but I really have no firm evidence of this.
Great pricing, wonderful customer service, and the Live Chat was extremely helpful! I won't order contacts from anyone else!
The ordering process was easy and my glasses arrived quickly. I have worn the frame I ordered in the past, but paid much more ordering from my optometrist.
The wait time was ridiculous and the lens quality is questionable. There's a zillion places to order from, if you don't want them for two plus weeks, then this is the place for you.
The longer than expected processing time put me on edge. Was about to email to ask where it was on the third week but was then shipped out before I contacted them. Product was excellent once received and no complaints about the prescription lenses that I ordered with the frames.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
