Did not receive demo match tint. Glasses are a brownish tint we ordered a blue tint. Did not meet my expectations. Would not suggest to friends.

My son loves his glasses. No complaints there. I ordered reading glasses for him 2 weeks before school and they arrived a week after it started. Annoying and had I known it was going to take two weeks to ship I would have paid extra for faster shipping
Just what I was looking for at a great price. This is my third pair of glasses from EZ contacts and love them all. I'll definitely be back for more!
It took about 3 weeks to receive my glasses. When I did receive them the prescription was great but the color was not what I expected. I sent an email to return. I got an email answering my question but no follow up after that. I sent another return request... no response at all.
The shipping time frame was 5 -8 business days for the frames and lenses I ordered on July 5th. On the 26th BUSINESS day there were still no glasses. I called a few weeks prior and was told the frames were not in stock when I ordered them. This is something that would have been nice to know. I was then told they would be back in stock in a few days. They of course were not in stock in a few days. More time goes by and I call again. This time I'm told they received the frames on Aug. 1st, and they were sent to the lab for lenses that day and would take another 5 to 8 business days before they'd ship. I went online to read customer reviews (something I should have done in the first place) and they were all horrible. They all pretty much tell my same story. EzContacts you SUCK and should be put out of business!
Excellent product but the time to ship the glasses is a little longer than I was expecting. The quality of the lenses is excellent.
Beautiful designer frames for a fraction of the cost at retailers. Easily entered the prescription. Excellent communication regarding order and shipping. Delivery was quite rapid... definitely less than two weeks. Will absolutely use EZContacts again!
At time of purchase the Coach frames I ordered said in stock. The website lists time frames for lenses to be made and time to ship. The total process took almost an entire month. I was told that the frames were not in stock despite what the website said. After calling multiple times I was told the frames then did not arrive when expected and told a completely different time frame. In the end I was told my order would be placed on a rush for the lab and my shipping would be upgraded to rush shipping, neither of which happened. After doing research I have realized this is common for EZContacts. I will never order from this company again. Especially since I only did because they advertise a fast service and my current eyeglasses had broken.
For this price I rock different burberry glasses with every outfit. Super affordable, came in brand new OG box with all the right labels and accessories (made it italy) etc. I love my glasses, I was weary they'd be fake or cheap or not the correct prescription but they really got that down. For sure buying more. Although they did take longer than the 5-7 business days they advertised... Thats the only con.
I tried to tighten the hinges, however they are tight. The ear peices are still loose. That tells me they are poor quality. Not what I expected for the price.
My glasses didn't come as I had ordered. However, they addressed my issue & were willing to fix or fully refund my purchase. Thanks for being a company that stands by your product & treats customers right.

I am pleased with my purchase. My glasses are exactly what I wanted at a much lower price. Overall the turnaround is longer so if you need a rushed prescription this site may not be for you. It took approximately 3 weeks... but I had other glasses so I didn't mind the wait given the significant savings.
It took so long to get my glasses and they promised to send it via express shipping to compensate delay but send it through normal shipping.
Mark is number one with customer service. Treat him right, good employees are hard to find.

My prescription was verified within 30 min of placing my order. I spoke with Rachel on the chat and she was very helpful. I will be using them every time now.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
