This is the first time I've ordered glasses online and couldn't be happier. I lost my other pair, and was able to find the exact same frame from EZContacts, but much cheaper. The glasses actually feel better (prescription and frames) than what I had originally got from Lenscrafters. And they included the original Burberry box, case, cloth wipe not to mention EZContacts own cleaning and mini-screwdriver kit. I could not be happier!
I had a random issue and they rectified the situation quickly and effectively. I would order from them again.
I was very satisfied with my glasses. Yeah they came in late but it was because they weren't in stock and I understand that. The packaging was really good, it looked professional. I will be buying again sometime for sure. I also didn't have a problem with anything. That deserves 5 stars.

The lenses were excellent as were the frames but the time frame was way outside your advertised claim
I have always wanted prescription sunglasses but never would buy any because they are so expensive. These were affordable and I got what I wanted!
Loved the glasses but sent back to exchange for smaller. Customer service was very friendly and helpful and it was simple. Responses aren't super quick but not uncommonly slow either. Shipment for my first pair was a little slower but perhaps the style was not in stock at the time. Waiting on the exchange still
It was easy to order glasses and the result was good, but it took two weeks, and because of the length of time, I must postpone my cataract surgery. Also, I had to find an optician to adjust them because they kept slipping down my nose, and now they are not comfortable
The eyeglass was exactly what I expected. I got it in 5 weeks which was not bad considering the frame was back-ordered for 2 weeks.
The sun glasses arrived with correct prescription. Very nice quality saved hundreds as I could find them online elsewhere for less. I take care of this pair and wear my old ones for working outside. These are too nice to drop or scratch, so I am keeping them in the little bag to keep them new. Very nice looking and the extra cost for the polarized lenses is worth it.

3 weeks still and no sign or word of a shipment of my order.
Customer service responds with the same exact BS response. It'll be a couple of days... I've been hearing that for 3 weeks now.
I finally received my glasses after two months later. I didn't expect it to take so long because the site said it would ship within 5-7 days. I am please with the product and found it to be a great price though.
Shipping definitely was not one day like I paid for and my sons glasses are already ripped on the arm, I'm fairly upset and sure we'll be returning. Unfortunately, I'm on a family vacation post an overseas deployment my husband recently finished so that comes first.
Took 6 weeks to get a simple frame with prescription lenses. They do not actually have the frames in stock and has to order them from manufacturer.
Very little communication on their part. I knew it would take a while to get my frames but I really didn't expect it to take one day shy of a whole month. I am satisfied with the quality of my frames and RX lenses, but I doubt I'll buy from EZContacts again because of how long I had to wait for the frames to arrive.
lenses ground correctly, frames first rate, good and fast customer service when a frame change was necessary.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
