The site is so easy to use and I just can't get over the good deals!
They glasses were super expensive. They didn't have much to choose from in my size. I didn't even get anti reflective coating or UV protection and it cost me about $100. I had the basic single frame lenses that cost too much. It took them about 3 weeks for me to get them. It was way past the 7-10 day mark because I needed them for school.
Jayne was so sweet and fast with helping me fix the mistake i made! She also gave me the correct email address to email my prescription in. She was very helpful!
I haven't received my glasses I've ordered. They were shipped but the address wasn't labeled right so I have no idea where my package is.
In the end I have a beautiful pair of eyeglasses and can see perfectly with them. This followed upon having ordered one frame and waiting for several weeks without any progress reports when I had really hoped to have new glasses to see well on my upcoming vacation. When I finally called, I found that the frame had been discontinued. Irritating. Seems the website stock list was not up to date, coupled with lagging response to customers. That needs to be fixed. Finally, I took another chance and I chose another frame and within the quoted time got some really nice prescription glasses (once I returned from Europe... they were in my mailbox). Other than the stress and agony of waiting, I am happy.
My glasses came with no case. This happens to be my 5th purchase of L. A.M. B. brand glasses and each one except for this one came with a nice black L. A.M. B. case. I want that case sent to me or I want a refund.
I gave 4 stars because the glasses are what my son wanted so he was happy and the prescription was correct but the wait time was really bad and we had several follow ups with calls and emails. When we ordered the glasses the wait time was acceptable but given how long it took, I'm hesitant about ordering again for fear the same issue would happen.
I ORDERED SOME GLASSES + FRAMES FOR MY WEDDING (ORDERED A MONTH AND CHANGE AHEAD OF TIME, SAID 2-3 DAY DELIVERY TIME), ONLY TO HAVE THEM NOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME(HAD TO CALL AND COMPLAIN THAT THE STATUS OF MY GLASSES NEVER CHANGED AND THAT I NEEDED THEM FOR MY WEDDING). I FINALLY GOT THEM 3 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING, ONLY TO HAVE THE PRESCRIPTION BE TOTALLY OFF AND NOT ENOUGH TIME TO SEND THEM BACK. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE EXPERIENCE. IN THE PROCESS OF RETURNING THEM NOW.
After a long waiting for my order they told me the selected frame not available! They ask me to choose another one or cancel the order, that's too late after a 3 weeks of waiting.
Galvin Fein Over-delivered my expectations as an online customer. He was super helpful and knew the products. His customer service that he provided really re-enforced the long-term relationship that I am building with EZ Contacts. I will continue to refer to my friends and family.

Sent the wrong contacts. Got 8 boxes of the same prescription rather than 4 of one and 4 of the other. The packing slip said they sent it right but I have a picture of the wrong shipment. Spoke to person in customer service and told they will send out the correct prescription and I was to return the 4 boxes that were wrong. Told need my prescription quickly as I will run out by the end of the week. She said she would put that in with her supervisor and get it shipped out quickly. 3 days later called and it turns out they never shipped new lens b/c their policy is they won't ship until they get the other contacts back. So I was lied to. Now, they have my money, can't tell me when it will ship and I have no contacts for that eye. Want to speak to the supervisor but told he is on the line and he will call me back within an hour. Turns out I am speaking to people in the Philippines even though Brooklyn is where the contacts are shipped from.
Loved my glasses and the service. I was given glasses cleaner and a small screw driver just Incase my glasses get a little loose. Very helpful. Thanks again
I purchased a pair of MK sunglasses and noticed that I had made the wrong choice on the lense type, I wanted a polarized lense. I contacted customer service and Gavin Fein was AMAZING. He was able to assist every step of the way, making sure that I placed the correct order the second time around. He also made the return process easy by providing me with a shipping label. I was a little sceptical at first, due to the previous customer reviews, but I have nothing but great things to share about my experience!
You guys did a great job. I was impressed that I got a call from a CSR asking about my pupilary distance, making sure it was right. You were responsive to any and all of my inquiries. I will definitely use EZContacts again, please keep up the great customer service!

I ordered a pair of Prada sunglasses and paid an extra $20 for three day shipping. A week later the order is still "in processing". No one answers their phone, no one returns calls. It feels like a guy in his garage. They definitely seem to be selling merchandise they do not have and then they try to get it and ship after the order.
I'm filing a complaint with the BBB if I don't get a refund tomorrow. I'm definitely not waiting around to see if they somehow manage to get a pair.
I got my contacts very quickly for a great price. I also ordered a pair of rx sunglasses that took 40 days to receive! I wasn't given updates or given an option to switch to a different colorway as a way to receive my order sooner. Customer service gave vague answers only after I inquired about it.
I wanted a frame that was out of production
From Oakley. I was willing to wait a month for the frame and lense cut... and they delivered at a low price (no upcharges for out of stock/production product).
We ordered 2 sets of glasses from EZContacts. My wife's glasses came relatively quickly, but I still have not received my glasses and they haven't been shipped. Very disappointed.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
