This is unbelievable! For the same product, I would have spent nearly $250, but with EZContacts.com, I spent less than $50. I am telling friends and family about this great buying experience.
Forget Order glasses from businesses and having to wait 2 weeks or more. EZ gets them to you way quicker and way cheaper.
While i had a horrible time getting my call to not get dropped (5 times). I was able to get my call back number to someone before it dropped. After they called me back. All my questions were answered. Employee was very helpful. Total time to receive glasses was around 2 weeks so i highly recommend buying frames in stock or paying more on shipping.
I would have preferred if the site had not allowed an order for frames that were back ordered. It took over 1 month to receive a single glasses order. Otherwise the ordering process was fine.
It literally took an entire month before they even shipped the glasses out. This is even after I emailed multiple times requesting a cancellation. This is a bull$#*! company with no customer service. Never again. I went to another online company ordered the same exact frames with prescription lenses and got them in 3 DAYS.
However. No one notified me they were out of stock. So I waited almost a month. I called back and they helped me pick out another pair. They should've notified me
Great Glasses at good price.
They even shipped a small screwdriver cleaning cloth and cleaning spray along with the lenses you would find in the frames on the shelf. Will definitely buy again!
It took a month to get my glasses. I was really dissapointed especially after paying for the 3-5 day shipping. It would have been nice to receive updates about the matter. I'll be buying glasses and contacts elsewhere.
After trying to enter my prescription into an order and having no luck doing so (OD SHP = pl) but the OD SPH field only accepts numbers, what?, I clicked on the start chat where I was greeted by Mark in less than a minute.
He then asked me for my prescription and walked through the process of translating my prescription into the correct numbers needed to order my lenses. The order was placed within minutes and I can now go about my day knowing that my contacts will arrive in the mail soon and that the order was placed correctly.

I had a problem entering my DOB so I started a chat with Angel who assisted me in completing my order. She confirmed my order and my contacts are on the way.
Will not order again. Surprised to have such a difficult experience given posted reviews. I will be returning the glasses.
I received glasses that has no verification of what I paid for. I got transitions and the glasses did not have transistion on them, I had to return them to be fixed. I still have not received them back and I have not received a call or anything. They didn't even inform me that they received the glasses.
Its worth the money. The glasses cost less but the quality is perfect. Do try ezcontacts guys, you wont regret it
I emailed customer service with some questions about the frames I was ordering. I was told, in writing, that my frames would come in a case and arrive promptly. Instead, they arrived unwrapped and without a case, and we're warped during shipment. This is the worst eyeglasses experience I've ever had, and I've ordered this brand of frames on several occasions. EZContacts is the first site to be such a disaster. I'd never purchase from them again.
I was told it was going to take 7-10 for my glasses, a month later when I finally got them no one was even remorseful. They apologized, but I just wanted someone to let me know they were going to be late. I understand demand and issues that arise, but just be professional enough to let me know and not hide behind the next person up the chain of command.
This company took my order for contact lenses on August 17th a full week later I still have not received my order. I call I'm told I'll get a call back nothing I called the next day I'm told I get a call back nothing they supposedly need to contact the supplier and I have still heard nothing nobody will get my order to me nor do they care to explain why you're did they give me an option to not even place the order in the first place if this is the case which is what I would have done. I'm pretty positive when you call the call center is in a completely different company and they know absolutely nothing they can't even contact their own supplier other than send them messages and wait for a reply in days. What kind of a business is this. Never had this problem from 1-800 Contacts and Ill try to get my money back.
My order took almost a month when originally I was told glasses would be shipped in a week. I had to reach out at least twice to see why they hadn't arrived.
I was sent the wrong color. The frames are nice but I ordered the lighter color...
It took a while for me to receive my glasses, but once I get them 2 months later( frames were on back order), they were perfect. Would definitely order again from EZ. Thank you!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
