Finally received the updated glasses and while I clearly stated on the return they were to replace ONLY the right lens, they for some reason changed both and now the left lens, which was fine, is screwed up. I included a copy of the prescription, highlighted that just the right lens was wrong, and now after 9 weeks, I'm once again holding a pair of useless glasses. Their receipt, which has someone's initials on it like it was quality checked, shows the wrong sphere number for the left lens.
It took 5 1/2 weeks to get my glasses the first time. This was after multiple emails and phone calls where I got conflicting information. One rep said the order was processing, the next said it was cancelled because the frames were no longer available ("oh I'm sorry no one told you"), then the next said they were in process again! When they finally arrived there was a problem with the prescription (my doctor's fault, not theirs) and I had to send them back for a replacement lens. It's now been over 8 weeks total and I was just told they'll be shipped in a few days, and then another 5-7 business days 'til I receive them. In the end it's going to end up at nearly 3 months for this entire process. If you need your glasses in a timely manner, I recommend going somewhere else. I could've taken the frames to Costco and had them in a week.
Received product as described. Fast shipping! Happy with my order and will continue to buy from this website. Prices are great. Cheaper than buying glasses and lenses in person.

Angel helped me and she was very kind and made it super easy to solve my problem! I needed to get my prescription verified so that I could get my contacts ordered and she did so very quickly I could continue the process in getting my contacts!

The arm on my glasses that I had almost one year, broke while on my face driving and with the (paid) warranty, I was able to replace them no hassles... AND I had forgotten to have remove my prescription lens when I returned them and they replaced them into the new pair. GREAT JOB! Have been recommending this sight to everyone and will DEFINITELY be purchasing more glasses!

I ordered glasses for my son and I received my product in time and exactly what I request.
Ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses. Spent a good deal of money on Tom Fords and Persols. Live chat didnt work. Emails didnt work. Sat on hold for 40min to get a human. Told me the persol color was discontinued... after 10 days of waiting for shipping notification and having to call and wait for 40+ minutes for this info.
The other, similar color is $20 more. I told them I'd be fine with that. They would not pay the difference, even though they really owe me overnight shipping at this point, which is certainly more than the price of the color difference.
Sat on the phone for another 20 minutes after telling them to just refund my money. The woman says now, after I already asked for a refund because they will ABSOLUTELY NOT be able to exchange, that she's going to try and get approval for the other sunglasses. Awesome...
After 20 minutes on the phone with a human and 40+ minutes on the phone with a robot, they approved a $7 who-knows-what charge.
Honestly, that just pissed me off. Refund me or substitute them... but don't waste my time. And if you do waste my time, you better insist that the substitution is approved at that point.
Poor customer service. Poor availability indications.
I have called this company several times for an itemized receipt, and they have yet to send me one. I have to have it for my Health Care Spending Account.
They tell me oh it will be in your email in a few days. Its been going on 2 weeks and this will be the 4th time calling them. I will never order from this company ever again, I thought i was saving money but its worth spending the extra money to not put up with the hassle of this company!
Not to mention it took 14 days to get my order, this is the worse company!

I was unaware receiving my purchase would take approximately 5 weeks. It did not ship for almost a month and when I requested information I was never responded to. Even though the request form said all requests would be responded to within 24 hours.
Glasses are here finally and they are fine, process was long and not informative.
They offered me a pair in 3-5 days, first was on back order for 45 days, then I had to change the order to another pair, again 2-5 days, I got them 12 days before, but I'm happy with the quality and the price
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
