Extremely dissatisfied with this site.

I had to bring my glasses to my eye doctor because I could barely see out of the lenses that were provided. They didn't even have the correct prescription among many other issues. Will never buy another product from this site.

Long Processing, but Good Product

I ordered a pair of glasses from EZ Contacts. The price was far better than what my local optometrists were offering for the same pair, so I decided to buy them.

My original estimate for processing was 2-3 for processing, and 2-3 for my lenses to be made, so nothing more than a week.

It took nearly a month.

I was frustrated with not hearing anything from the company, but to be fair, I didn't reach out to them to ask them about the processing time. When my order finally did process, its shipping changed from economy to expedited and it arrived in my mailbox in around four days.

My glasses arrived in their original manufacturer's packaging with the original plastic display lenses included inside. I also received an EZ Contacts branded microfiber cleaning cloth and metal screwdriver keychain (for tightening arms of glasses), which were nice touches. The glasses themselves were of good quality, though they were the slightest bit dirty; I remember seeing the remnant of a fingerprint on one of the arms. I gave the glasses a quick wash under the faucet and they were absolutely fine, however. My prescription was correct as well, which was a very important aspect, since I do need my glasses 24/7.

Overall, my experience was not the best, but the product I did receive was of good quality.

I have been ordering from this company for a bit over a year and never had much of an issue. However, my last order has been a compete headache. I placed an order for two different types of contacts (I have an astigmatism) two weeks ago. Shipment is guaranteed between 5 to 7 business days. I received half of my order, but never got the other. I have contacted customer service on three occasions. The first time, the only thing I was offered was an email with updated tracking information. I never received it. The second time, I was FINALLY informed that the distributer they tried to order from did not have my prescription in stock and that they were shipping it from another location (this is after I was on hold for 20 minutes) and that it would be there the next day. Here I am two days later, my contacts have yet to be delivered, and my status is still "not shipped." I tried contacting customer service again, and have received no response (phone or live chat). I have officially run out of contacts, which is a major issue for me as my job is made more troublesome by wearing glasses. I am extremely fed up and disappointed by their services.

Definitely wouldn't recommend

Not sure this company keeps any frames in stock and if I had to guess I would bet everything is shipped over from China which adds a considerable shipping delay. Their onlinecommunication related to the order status is pretty much non-existent. It took over week to get a reply after a month's worth of time with no delivery. Their website is misleading in that it says your credit card be charged until your order ships. Wrong, it was charged the second the order was placed. Definitely better online companies to deal with out there. I would pass on this one.

Glasses screws were stripped, took 13 emails over two weeks to cancel my second pair of glasses I ordered. They told me it was back ordered 3 days after ordering it. They offered me a slightly more expensive pair to make up for it, but then tried to charge me the difference.

They do not deserve one star. This was, BY FAR, the WORST experience I have had ordering contacts. I will never order from this company ever again. My order took two and half weeks to ship and only after I called and complained 3 separate times. The best part is that each time I called to inquire about my order I was told "It's shipping today and it's been expedited." It didn't ship that day, or the next day, or the day after and it was never expedited. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone. I was also told that if a contact is not in stock, which apparently mine was not, that they will email you to notify of this and then you have the option to cancel your order. I was never emailed saying my contacts were not currently in stock. I was not given the option to cancel and then order elsewhere. Though they very kindly refunded me $2.00 for my inconvenience. NEVER AGAIN! Price smart contacts is leagues better than this sham of a company.

I placed an order for glasses first which was supposed to take 5 days according to their website and took one month to receive and they were wrong even after repeated telephone calls about ordering transitions xtractive they sent me transitions 7 but charged for the xtractive. Then it took another month to replace them with the correct lense. For some crazy reason I ordered some contact lenses from them next and ordered them overnight which took 7 days. Then the final straw I ordered more contact lenses and it has been 3 weeks and I have not seen them and they keep lying to me on the phone telling me they are shipping the day I call and then they finally give me a tracking number which is no good with any of the carriers. I told them then to cancel the order but I doubt they will. I will refuse it if received ever. Stay away from these guys they are terrible.

Takes too long

Ordered 8/28. Contacts never shipped until 9/5 (AFTER I sent an inquiry about the delay) and not being delivered until 9/11?! Valid prescription was already in their system. No reason for taking so long to get order. Will not use again.

So... these folks are absolutely terrible. I saw someone list them as a "scum company" which made me LOL. It's so true. Initially I really liked them BUT during my travels they sent me 2 packages worth 100 dollars later than I had shipped (I asked for 1 day shipping and PAID for 1 day shipping, not 3 day shipping folks). They sent me the first one late and said they would try to get UPS to pick it up again. Long story short they never called back, never responded to messages, or when they did respond ignored that part of my email as if they were 12 year olds. And then... get this... did the exact same thing to my second order, which I had ordered before I realized they have zero ethics. I've switched to 1800 contacts who sends you another shipment FOR FREE if they made a mistake or if their website switches up the address (happened to me once). Never working with this company again and will contest my with credit card company

My sunglasses were stolen and I really did not want to pay another $170 to replace them. Every other website was asking over $150. I saw them here for $65 and was VERY skeptical. I went online to look at some reviews and after seeing the 3000 other 4-5 star reviews I decided to go for it. SOO happy I did! Glasses arrived within a week, and were exactly what I purchased online!
