My glasses we're not available. Customer service contacted the manufacturer and were able to get the last pair. They then shipped the glasses to me in 5 days!

You might as well purchase from your local eyeglass store. Ordered these glasses and it was two weeks before I heard anything. And that was only after I reached out to customer service twice to inquire. Would not recommend you purchase from EZ Contact.
Ordered a pair of glasses online from ezcontacts.com. It took over a month from when they charged my credit card to when the glasses arrived.
I purchased very expensive glasses called in and told them they were sent with no case. They took my info and said one would be sent right away and 2 weeks now still haven't got a case
I order my 1st pair of Oakley prescription glasses and they were about half the price if I would of gotten through a store or another website. Came in as mention which took longer then normal if you get regular shipping but there are flawless. Now I wear my glasses all the time since they are Oakley.
I ordered Versace prescription glasses and they are beautiful! Very happy with my order: they have a very nice case and also they come in time.
The frames that I received were defective. I returned them for a replacement and I am still waiting. Meanwhile my son has no glasses and there does not seem to be a way to expedite my replacement. I wish I had just done a return, got my money back and ordered from someone else. I wanted to give this a chance but there should be a better was to handle returns. Check with Zappos as an example of how excellent customer service insures customer loyalty.
I got the glasses i saw at Lens Crafters and they wanted $500+ and EZ gave them to me for $48! The shipping speed was a bit slow but totally worth the wait. And they added lens cleaner w cloth.
After multiple issues and almost 12 weeks my glasses finally arrived and at this point I'm just to the point to complain any more about how bad the job was.
Ordered contacts in may may of 2018. They were sent to the wrong address. I am still trying to get my contacts sent to me or my money back. I cant get nothing done. But they took 119.99 from my account and will not resolve the problem, even after talking to a so called manager. They need to be prosecuted. What can we do about these scams.
After checkout I remembered a discount code I'd forgotten to enter for an additional 15% off. I got on the live CHAT and Angel took care of it very quickly. Great service!

My order was incorrect twice. I had to pay for shipping just to get the wrong order.
It was very easy to order my glasses on-line. I was kept informed of the status of my order. The only part that was difficult was measuring the distance between your pupils.

Had to order from EZContacts because my order with Lens.com fell through. Lens.com failed to get my order to me on time and then when I went to re-order, they were out of the contacts I needed. Was able to order the same contacts from EZContacts with out issue, had to change it slightly and Jayne with customer service was very helpful in fixing the order.
I got exactly what I asked for and with such a great price! I even got tools for the glasses and that was unexpected. Absolutely nothing wrong with the glasses either and was delivered quicker than expected
Glasses need adjustments and the lenses seem very cheap frames by Police seem like they would break easily not sure i made the right decision
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
