Very slow to process and ship order of contact lenses. Arrived (finally) and was wrong. Tried to call, 50 callers ahead of me. So what does that suggest? Terrible quality/poor customer service.

My eyeglasses are beautiful, I got it very fast, the lenses very well done. I am very happy, I will buy another pair.

I looked at this frame at the Optometrist office and thought it was too expensive with the bifocal lens that I needed, so when I found EZContacts I priced it and found that I could purchase it for about half of the cost. I was skeptical but when I received them I couldn't be more pleased with the frame & lens! PERFECT!

Would have been 5 stars but frames were backordered even though I was told the frames were in stock prior to ordering.
Great price on Prada frames and verolux lenses.

Prescription in one lense was completely off. I will have to discard lenses and try another place to save frames.

Happy with product, but shipping was a little slow. Why do i have to write 100 characters? You should not require minimum characters.

My sons glasses fit perfectly and they arrived just as indicated. Not much else to say but I have to have100 characters in order to move on.

Found these frames in the mall for big bucks. EZ contacts had them w lenses for price in mall w/o lenses. Designer frames thank you EZ contacts. I will be a returning customer.

Somewhat pricey compared to all other online stores for glasses but good prices on name brand frames. Order took a few weeks to arrive so was a little long, but seems quality so far. Would give a 3.5 out of 5, since I cant rate that I rounded up, felt a 3 was too harsh, don't quite earn a 4 star though.

I was sent the wrong pair of frames. I reached out and I was emailed en exchange form. I had concerns for the exchange and tried emailing back the same day about a week ago but still haven't heard anything. Tried calling but the office is closed today so I re-sent the last email I sent.

I will be using this site in the future for sure. Super prices with unbelievable and unbeatable savings, quality, as well as price matching. Highly recommend!

I really like the way Ezcontacts sell and ship their items. But buyers must be aware of the shipping time written under the product they are going to order. It may take 2 days up to 2 weeks depending on the availability of the item.

I am so pleased with my new glasses! Honestly I never ordered glasses online before so I was quite concerned but... I love my new glasses!

This was my first time ordering glasses online so I was nervous. I bought a pair for my 4y/o son and it was easier than I expected it to be. I picked what I wanted, entered the info, paid, and got exactly that I was hoping for. Shipping was right on time and my son loves them.

10/10. I would definitely use this website again, in fact I have after my first order I was so satisfied I ordered another pair.
