They took about a week longer to arrive than expected but totaly worth it

The price was great and the glasses also turned out great; however, shipping was very slow. I even paid extra for shipping to get the my glasses faster. It definitely would have been a better experience if I wasn't in a rush.
The sunglasses and glasses I originally purchased were fine, but when I had an issue with one of them, the customer service was slow and unhelpful.
The guarantee shipping was in a sense false advertising. At 6 days after my purchase I called in to see why I haven't received shipping info. It was then when I was informed that they did not have the frames and it would be several weeks.
As compensation they offered expedited shipping which ended up not being fast at all.
I was very unhappy and will not be purchasing from them again.
Really enjoyed my experience with EZ Contacts. I ordered a pair of glasses and I submitted something wrong about my Rx and they were quick to email me and check to see if what I entered was correct (it wasn't) I really appreciated that! I absolutely love my glasses, great quality and love that they came with two cleaning cloths, spray and a little screwdriver kit. Highly recommend ordering from them and I will be placing another order for cantacts when I run out.
I was satisfied with the quality of my purchase and was happy I got the prescription lenses for free.
I ordered them on a Sunday they arrived the following Saturday. They came in great condition with cleaning supplies, the case and authenticity certificate my prescription was exactly as I asked for it in so satisfied!
Everything has been false... the amount of time in the lab, shipping and no communication with the consumer when their is a problem.

It's a on going battle for a refund or at lease my items which I never received beware these guys will take a long time to help
Took over two weeks i paid extra for faster shipping. Order was delayed cause the one I bought was out of stock and had to call to change my order they said they would refund my shipping which never happen. And sent 3 emails and the response I received answered none of my questions I ask. Would be hard for me to order again
There is false advertisement on site ordering my MK glasses. Took a long time from buy-receive period. Followed up by phone and email with little to no response and understanding.

Glasses came dirty with minor scratch on right lens, If I can give no star I would. Would contact for refund/exchange but not worth the trouble of working with Ezcontacts again.

Beautiful coach glasses came in authentic case. Lens tinted perfectly to match original. Prices are unbeatable and customer service is amazing.
Nobody has gotten back to me yet about my disappointment with the lenses and what to do about resolving the issue. In addition, my other two sunglasses are on hold because i need to resolve the issues with the first two pair before I can receive the next two pair. Would not recommend to anyone because of this situation and no resolution.
I had no idea that EZContacts offered lenses and frames. They will be my first choice from now on. Excellent prices and quality.
EZ Contacts has horrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order via email and their chat service several times and my requests went completely ignored. When I "chatted" with their customer service department, I had to specifically ask my order to be cancelled numerous times before they acknowledged my request: one time they offered me expedited shipping (I declined the offer), the second time I was offered a discount (I declined again) and finally the third time I was acknowledged and was told my order would be cancelled and my card would be refunded. My card was never refunded and they still shipped me my order. This place is such a scam!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
