I ordered 2 boxes of contacts, they never checked perscription
And shipped wrong perscription after many phone calls and run around 1 box was replaced and the other still missing. Every time I speak to customer service they assure me that they are sending the box(lies) BUT IT NEVER ARRIVES. Meanwhile I had to run to Costco to buy lenses since its been 3 weeks and I am getting nowhere. They took my money thougth!
We paid an extra $20 for 3 day shipping for my husband's glasses. That was 10 days ago - still no glasses. Supposedly this is because they consider the 3 day shipping start point to be when they leave the lab - although this is not specified when the order is placed. Also they don't include weekends in their delivery date at all. Why trick your customers? Seems like a shady company.
EZ Contacts make order through their site very easy. Just pick the brand and put in your prescription. The time between order and delivery was quick as well.
I ordered glasses the first time with no problem and they came in a timely manner. The prescription was wrong so I had to reorder. It didn't arrive in time so I called and had a difficult time getting through to customer service. I was put on hold for 30 minutes and then routed back to the main menu and hung up on. I could not get in touch with the person who originally help edme. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get a tracking number. Only after I called was the tracking number sent to me. I still haven't received them so I can't review the product.
Great service and great prices! This was a great experience overall and i will continue to purchase through them

I have been using EZContacts for eyeglasses and contacts for YEARS! I found them by accident searching for a specific frame and was hooked. You cannot beat their customer service, quality or prices ANYWHERE!
I placed an order for Dolce & Gabbana, and had to email the site, to only realize that the product I ordered was not in stock; thus delaying the shipping (I also paid for faster shipping). Receiving the product 2-3 weeks later, the product has a dirty case, no box, and the frames are uneven. So, I go through Customer Service, and Clyde Williams does his best to help me (very sweet guy). I get my exchanged order, and the product has its own box, with a dent (I'm not concerned at this point), but the sunglasses look worse than the first, the frame is unbelievably uneven and unsatisfactory; So I contact Customer Service again to get another exchange. At this point, I've been going back and forth with the company, and taking the time and patience to get the product I want. It's very tedious and stressful.
Unfortunately, emailing back and forth with Customer Service, we encountered unsent pdf files multiple times.
I directly get in contact with the site instead, and blessed Clyde Williams to the rescue again, tries his best to help me and my upset customer vibe. He made sure the file he sent was received and downloaded, personally asking me, and then reassures me that he would put in a note to make sure the quality control would be a priority, that way the third package I receive will be satisfactory.
I'm hoping that this will be the last time; as much as I like the deals, I hope their services can improve.

Returned my frames for a color change and it has taken a very long time for them to actually switch out the lenses in the new frame. They even said that the new frame was in stock and there when my returned frame arrived at their facilities and it should be quite simple to switch frames. The person I was on the phone with even confirmed that and said that it should be a simple and quick process. However it was been almost 2 weeks since then and I still have not gotten a confirmation that my glasses are on their way back. Called them recently and was on the phone for more than 30 minutes just to receive the update that they are still "processing" it. Overall has been a very frustrating time as I really would like to use my new glasses.
Mark was very helpful in located my order and updating my prescription. He was very patient with me as well :)
I am only asking to order polarized lenses for a frame I just ordered. This should be possible as you have the frame number for the lenses, but the rep I spoke with said she had to ask a specialist and could only ask via email. Then she said once she had an answer, she would email me and give me a call back and I would probably have the answer by today. I have heard nothing. I do not understand why this would be difficult. If I were to call my optometrist and make the same request it could have been within the phone call made. None of this makes any sense to me and there is no one working on trying to resolve the issue. Very poor customer service.
I spoke to someone on the live chat feature and they were very professional and helpful. I purchase all of my family members eyeglasses on this website. EZ Contacts are affordable, convenient, and eager to please their customers.
Very efficient shipping time. If you have multiple items in your order they send them out as ready so you can get them as soon as they are ready. When arrived the glasses came with a small eye glass repair kit, cleaning solution and cleaning towel.
And all for a great price!
I broke my glasses and wanted to find the same frames and I did and at a much lower cost. I knew how the frames are supposed to look and feel and the ones I purchased were just fantastic. I for sure will be buying again
My experience was alright I suppose. It took them a bit longer than I expected but they still sent the product. We emailed back in forth, they are good at responding to problems.
My glasses came in very quickly and are exactly what I wanted. My contacts have still not arrived. I have called three times but I am always told that I will be receiving an email soon and that they are going in the mail. I still have not received an email. If the contacts are delayed because of the manufacturer that's fine and I understand that delays like that are out of the distributors hands. However be honest about it that way I am not checking my email all the time and wondering what is happening.
Glasses came in about a month after I ordered. But they were perfect and decently priced so I say it was worth the wait.
First I found the frames in a store that I wanted then found them on EZcontacts. Com. Saved a bundle on quality frames. Worth the wait!
Not sure this company is legit or not as they NEVER answer the phone and there's no way to leave a message. Also, I just receive canned, form letter type vague email replies when I ask when the heck the "in stock & can ship right out" contacts will ship out. Been trying to cancel the order for 2 days---STILL no reply.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
