Quick and easy

The order process was quick and easy. No problems. The text updates let me know when my glasses were shipping and when they arrived. I save hundreds ordering rather than going to thru a store.

Being a new customer and buying contacts which would be my first time to use this brand - DAILIES AquaComfort Plus Toric- Galvin Fein was very helpful especially with regards to shipping- after I informed him I'm down to 2 sample contacts and the fact that your company was closed for holiday yesterday-he offered a better shipping alternative at no cost- an excellent customer
Service- shows concern and compassion which is a plus for EZContacts!

They got me...

They got me. I was enticed by the lower prices and fast shipping. Placed my order on Sep 3,2018 and its Sep 19th and my order for regular out the box sunglasses with no prescription, still says processing when I check the order status. Really disappointed as a consumer. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for.

Bought a pair of Tom Ford Georgia sunglasses from EZ contacts, at the same time I purchased the same pair direct from the Tom Ford website. The size of the Tom Ford boxes from EZ contacts were much bigger than the ones that came directly from the Tom Ford website, the case was also soft shell comapred to the hard shell case from Tom Ford.com The logo was crisper and the serial numbers were smaller on the real sunnies. Overall, really good fake, but I never wanted to purchase fake sunglasses!

I ordered 4 boxes of contacts they state delivery 3 to 7 business day no way. I emailed customer service last week to check on the order and got an email that they were closed for 9/11, the problem is I emailed them on 9/14. They shipped today after me calling and getting upset. They say they will be here in another 7 days. Not good enough. I have ordered from this site 4 or 5 times and this time has been the worst. Never again save yourself the trouble.

I'm trying to return my contacts lenses to them due to a recall from the manufacturer. I've been going through this for two weeks now. First week: I started by calling them... phone calls don't work. I did get through once and was told someone would respond to me within 24 hours. HA! What a joke! IT took 8 days to get my first response from them! I finally heard from someone, they gave me a return label for me to send my contact lenses back to them and asked me if I had any additional questions. I did have some questions, wrote to my "assigned rep" Diana, and three days later, I still have not received a response. What a surprise... NOT! I think I made a HUGH mistake returning the contact lenses. Like Jon D. Said... Stay away from them! I will NEVER use EZ Contacts again.

This company is terrible. They claim 3-5 day delivery knowing full well they cannot meet this delivery window. In fact, they could not even provide me with an approximate delivery date more than 4 weeks after my order was placed.

I was eventually forced to cancel my order after wondering if my money had been stolen my money. And don't expect them to be pro-active and contact you about a order delay. They will accept your payment, you will not receive your order, and be forced to call them on a weekly basis to get bogus and inaccurate updates on the status of your order
