They're an unbelievable fraud. They never shipped the contacts. Then when I contact them they said they would send them--all confirmed on email. They never sent them again. Again contacted them via email. Again they said sorry and said they would send, then never sent the contacts. When I finally disputed it with my credit card company they couldn't do anything because they said it had been more than two months since I placed my order-- the company seems to have deliberately strung out my complaint to avoid dealing with a lost shipment and to push things past the time I could dispute the credit card charge.
I paid 20 dollars for two day shipping and it never came. I ran out of contacts, so what am I supposed to use now! It has been over twenty days since I ordered them. I wanted to track my order but it is impossible because the website is so slow and it I tried to change my password but that didn't work either.

I got sunglasses besides my necessary regular lenses. They arrived as scheduled and were a perfect fit. Thank you for great quality at a great price.
Glasses were out of stock apparently when I ordered. Didn't know till I called wondering where they were. Took 10 weeks to get to me.

I decided to place an order here after I found two pairs of Oakley sunglasses highly discounted, one being a hard pair to find.
I placed the order and my credit card was charged a day later.
After 11 days, I heard nothing - no shipping confirmation or emails. I took to their chat and was told that one pair was discontinued and could not be acquired and the second pair, would have to be ordered directly from Oakley and take 5-7 days.
So they took my money for sunglasses that they not only didn't have in stock, but one they couldn't even order and the other pair they still had not yet ordered after 11 days! And they did nothing to contact me... Makes me wonder how long they would have kept my money before contacting me, if ever.
One of the worst online retailer experiences I've had. Stay away from this mess.
I ordered a pair of prescription Oakley sunglasses on July 18th. The frames were back ordered. No big deal. I loved the frame and didn't mind waiting. Finally received then on August 31. The lenses were not the correct color that I ordered. Called customer service, they sent me a return label, and the next day I shipped them back. It's now September 21 and I don't have my glasses nor an answer as to when I'll get them. I understand there are things out of their control (product back order) but to ship out glasses that weren't correct (poor quality control) and not have a sense of urgency to correct the error (poor customer service) is frustrating to say the least. Hopefully I'll get my frames before my prescription changes, lol.
I looked at a number of sites to find sports googles for my daughter and came back to EZ. There were many choices in frames and lenses but less expensive than many other places. Could use more frame colors for school teams. Black isn't my daughter's first choice. She was not thrilled to have to wear them but after getting hit in the face with a volleyball and having one nose pad indent into her skin and bleed, she was glad we had ordered them. They took a bit longer to come than I would have liked but am grateful she now has the eye protection. No complaints of fogging and says it is like looking through her regular glasses. She will wear them for basketball as well.
The last person I talked to is not helpful. When I purchased the glasses the agent mention I can returned them or exchange but didn't mention any fees or anything. I am returning the item because it doesn't fit. It took me almost an hour waiting for the next live person to talk to.
I've been dealing with this company since July about my refund they only gave me partial refund they holding my $96 talking about after 30day I can't use it for a store credit I don't wear Metal Frames or contact so what is the point of holding my money please everybody who's having problems with this company file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
Customer Service at EZContacts was outstanding! I have not received my contacts yet, just ordered them yesterday. Once I receive I will update my review.
The website so far has been great to navigate. Ordering wasn't bad either it was pretty straight forward. I like how they make uploading a prescription pretty easy. I uploaded the wrong prescription not knowing because it's the first time I've had to use my eye prescription and customer care reached out to me to help resolve the issue. That email was friendly and so was the help I received from the live chat.
It was great customer care with chat and easy to resolve problem.

Ordered sunglasses in July, paid extra to receive them within 2 days. Here we are in late September still have not received my glasses and customer service WHEN you can get a hold of someone still has no answer for my refund. Spoke to a supervisor and even she has no answers why and couldn't even provide a timeframe of how much longer it will take. Cause clearly 2 months of no product and no money isn't long enough.
Glasses took long to be delivered and customer service is awful. Supervisor lied about calling me back.
Pretty quick and easy ordering for contacts, and good prices. Contacts always arrive timely and in good condition. I had a slight problem uploading my RX but their online chat representative, Galvin helped me out quickly and processed the order. Thanks!

This was the worst customer service I have ever had in my life and I will never recommend this company in life. And I was also told I would get a credit for 10 that never happened.

EZContacts exceeded my expectations with the quality of my glasses! I was very satisfied with my purchase and I will be ordering again.
My eyeglasses came with a minor scratch on the left lens which was disappointing. I became extremely disappointed after reading their exchange section. So, it is very inconvenient for me to return the scratched eyeglasses when I obviously need them. They should send new eyeglasses and then have the customer return the original. As risky it may seem, EZContacts should allow this with a credit card or debit card on file in case the customer does not send the first pair back, the customer will be charged. I wish this was their exchange policy! So, due to the inconvenience of returning the product back and wait for another 2 weeks for a new pair, I did not make an exchange or requested a refund. I purchased the product trusting that it will be better buying online and not going to a local optometry in terms of price and it was, but it came with a defect which it is very dissatisfying. They should be careful not scratching a lens and check for any scratches before the product is sent.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
