My daughter found the frames she loved at a local store, but even with a 50% discount they were offering, those same frames with the same exact quality lenses were half price here on EZContacts. Shopping was easy and customer service was helpful. It tool a bit longer than I expected for delivery (EZContacts is apperently closed on weekends as well as during a two-day holiday of Yom Kippur).
Great customer service by Galvin Fein solved my issue fast and was very helpful. Offered solutions and options.

I ordered these contacts last week and nothing has happened with my order it is not been shipped or processed and they completely messed up my prescription? After 30 years of wearing ordering lenses this is the only time I have ever had this much of a problem or that it has never taken this long? I'm still looking at another couple of weeks before I receive my contacts and they still have not been shipped? I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and I was told that there was nobody available to get on the phone but that maybe they can call me back in a few days? Do not order your contacts through this service you could use Coastal Contacts or 1-800 Contacts or even Walgreens. Taking a month to send out contact lenses is completely unacceptable
Galvin was VERY VERY helpful. He assisted and followed up with my contact lens order. And told me he would follow up with my doctors office to make sure that I got my contacts in a timely manner.
EZContacts delivers a good valued quality product. I would have paid more than twice as much through my local eye clinic. Love my new glasses, packaged nicely with some extras to keep my glasses clean. I am all stocked up on contacts as well. I will continue to purchase from EZcontacts! Shipping is a few days for some, so plan ahead and save!
Took a month to receive one out of two pairs of glasses that I ordered. One pair was never in stock and I was never contacted about the out of stock item! The website states that if there is an issue with an order that customers would be contacted within 24 hours! I had to call and ask what the issue was with how long my order was taking! It wasn't until then I was told the glasses were out of stock! What a disappointment!
The prescription was wrong I sent glasses back to have them done correctly. I probably would not ourchase again but I will wait and see if they send them back correctly I do understand mistakes can be made
I ordered a frame with prescription on Sept 5 with extra fees for fast shipping/processing. The website says 5-10 days. Guess what, after 21 days and numerous contact with the customer support, they told me they are still waiting on the frame. No ETA. What a horrible experience. I wish there are negative stars. When I placed the order, they didn't show the frame is out of stock or anything, but instead promising 5 to10 days.
I definitely will use your services in the future!

I was looking to buy inexpensive but quality frames and paid less for two pairs of great frames on this site than I did for just one pair at my local store. Everything was easy to order and the help section made it easy to figure out what I needed to do
Called and called kept being promised contacts and was told we will check into this and call u back NEVER HAPPENED! NO CONTACTS! NO REFUND!

Ordered with plenty of time to spare to get glasses in time for special occasion, they lost the order and didnt fulfill it until about 1 month later. Very poor service
Glasses ordered aren't bad but I need to take them to Costco or other store to get them fitted to my head. By the way it took forever to arrive so make sure you call them after a week if they don't arrive early to check the status of your order.
There will be many offers from different reps (no continuity in customer service contact) to replace your order, all delaying the cancellation process.
Love the glasses but took weeks to get to me due to it being out of stock which was not indicated on the retail page or when checking out.
My specific complaint for the goggles is that hard plastic that connects to the band is leaving red marks on my sons temple and it hurts him days after the game and he only uses them for game day for this very reason. Wish the strap went all the way to the frame body.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
