EZContacts had alot of nice high end fashion designer frames for a very affordable price I could not find anywhere else. I ordered a pair of prescription Versace frames and it cost me less than $200. They arrived a few days late but when I called to check on the whereabouts, they made sure that they got to me the next day with rushed shipping for no extra cost. Thanks EZContacts! I highly recommend this site to everyone
Great glasses. Prescription exactly right. The wait is longer on prescription glasses coustomer service answered questions nice and patient. The real deal no knock offs. Thanks
Super satisfied with product. Great price, great quality. But only thing that took forever (1 month) is lenses. It took you guys almost a month to make lenses and then ship the glasses to me. Other than that everything is awesome!
While the site looks well put together. Its run very amateurish. So I ordered glasses, but apparently they're discontinued. So I was given other suggestions. Guess what? Two of them were discontinued. Finally got to choose another style they did have. The glasses I received, which took a month from my August 23rd order to September 20th arrival; are the wrong color frame from what is stated on my order. Also, the discontinued frames I previously mentioned, they're still listed as available on the website 6 weeks later. I had a good experience two years ago but unfortunately not this time at all.
Placed my order on 9/1/18 to replace my daughter's broken glasses; I paid for overnight shipping. Called 9/12/18 and waited on hold for almost an hour only to be told the frames I ordered were not in stock and discontinued. I was asked which ones I wanted instead. So I chose and the order was "changed" while on the phone. I asked for a discount and was told no because the frames were the same price. There was no offer of discount, refunding shipping or even a coupon for a future order. That was a Wednesday, I was told I would have my glasses by Thursday. Checked the mail, nothing, Friday, nothing, Saturday, still nothing. At this point my daughter has gone 2 weeks with broken glasses and I had no other choice but to go to Lens Crafters and spend $300 for overpriced glasses that I could walk out with that day. They were ready in 15 min. I will never use this company again, making it right should have been priority. If I hadn't of called when were they going to let me know the original order was not available? A complete waste of time... I could have gone to Walmart and ordered them locally and gotten them faster.
Horrible customer service, have yet to hear about either a $140 refund or the acceptance of my return for an exchange. Joke of a company
Took a month to get my glasses and that was with paying for next day delivery. They need to work on getting product ready faster, that took that long with my glasses in stock.
The frames I ordered took one month to be delivered. All excuses. Never got the the complete order. So I'm unhappy
I got a inferior goods. That is very bad. But service person (Janine) was very good. Good response and flexible solution. That is a good point. So anyway I got it.
But I lost a lots of time, and I couldn't use glasses during it. Very bad experience.
I accidentally purchased the same eye twice... clearly my fault. I was trying order the correct box, when they suggested an exchange to correct my mistake. Walked me right through how to do it... Great experience!
I ordered my glasses August 30th 2018, It is September 29th and still no glasses, reps keep stating glasses are in process. Wish I had taken the time to look at all the bad reviews before ordering. I own my several businesses and understand issues can come up but this company has no interest in customer service... I do business in New York quite often, I will be making a visit to this company. They will get to hear and see my disappointment.
I ordered a pair of presciption Versace eyeglasses from EZ contacts. The website says 3-5 business days. I received my eyeglasses 17 says after I placed my order. Once I received my glasses I realized the earpieces were glued unevenly into the face frame.
Very disappointed in this company. I haven't received the glasses or a refund. My order is sitting in limbo somewhere.
I received the prescription sunglasses without the lenses attached. Lenses were placed separately in the case. No one contacted me regarding an issues with my order. The lenses placed in the case did not appear to fit. I am still waiting for my full refund. The item was received by the company on 9/22 as per the USPS tracking.
This was a re-order which was processed in about two weeks. I received four boxes of contacts for my right eye instead of the two boxes of each that I had ordered. I incorrectly assumed that customer service would be prompt and gracious about correcting their mistake. It took a week and a half with daily emails and phone calls, waiting 40th or more in queue, multiple assurances and that this was resolved, difficulty accessing a supervisor. Very poor communication and responsiveness. Would never recommend them!
In less than a week for 1/6 of the price of a major store... nutso! Will be buying more and referring my friends! Thanks!
Loved the whole thing. Price was great and the site was easy to use. I'll buy again for sure the next time I need some glasses.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
