Product was as wanted. Processing time was longer than it said, I emailed in about it and got a reply that their office is closed for a Holiday, the next day my glasses finally shipped, and the day after that I got a reply to my email that "Per our phone conversation" which was odd because no one ever called me. I really wanted these sunglasses in prescription and its the best I could find over all (price).
I waited one month for my glasses. I ordered the highest quality thin lens. I got cheap plastic that squeaks when worn with movement. I order glasses online twice a year and have great experiences and a healthy glasses stash but I will never order here again. Don't even try to call customer service the wait time is at least 30 mins!
They fit perfect the price was great! I will absolutely order another pair for myself and silblings soon!

I Placed an order for a new pair of prescription glasses a little over 2 months ago. I have been back and forth emailing customer service with no progress. Customer service has lied to me and keeps pushing back the dates as time advances. The latest news is that the factory in Italy "forgot to send the glasses." The employees have lied time and time again. My order still has not been shipped. Truly a bad company.

I ordered contacts three weeks ago and they still haven't shipped. When I inquired over a week ago about the progress of my order, they said my order would ship within 24-48 hours. Its a week later and they still haven't shipped...

Ezcontacts exceeded my expectations! My glasses fit perfectly and my vision is very clear. The many extras included with my glasses was something no other eyeglass company I've used before received. Excellent customer service! I will definitely be back!
The pieces were the cheapest I found anywhere but the customer service was poor. It took a few weeks to get my contacts and no one replied to my first emails about diffident issues. It took two to three for them to respond.
I did not receive my order, I placed my order on Sept 18th, and chose free 5-7 shipping, it is October 2nd now and my order has never been shipped! All I got from customer care is "oh your order will be shipped very soon" and it never did! Awful experience and I want my money or my contacts! I am never coming back and ordering from this website.
I received my sunglasses and could not see out of them. I called and sat waiting for half an hour before someone answered. I was told that my prescription probably changed which it did not as it was done this past Jan 2018. I wear 2 different pair of regular glasses I purchased from Vision works at the time I received my prescription and those are crystal clear. After realizing that I was getting nowhere, I requested an RGA. I received it via email and returned my glasses via UPS last week and as of today; have not received an email stating that you have received the return. I am extremely dissatisfied and would give you zero stars if I could.
Took almost 4 weeks to receine my order the website does not indicate this turn around time. Once order received one side of the frame is loose
My order was sent to the wrong customer, poor customer service, took weeks to get resolved and still haven't received my order yet. We'll see.
The lenses are not as good as the ones I ordered from Lenses RX - I tried to get ahold of someone at ez contacts to be sure the lenses would be comparable and contacting them was a nightmare - I finally gave up and went with the basic internet order which is not as quality as I am used to.
I found a frame I liked in a "chain" optical store. Then I looked on EZContacts and was able to save over 40% for the Rx sunglasses off the chain store "40% off frames" offer.
The glasses are perfect! I will buy my glasses here again.
I got half of my order in a timely manner. My other pair took over 3 months. I had to call and email several times looking for my glasses.
I was able to find many different quality brand name glasses with very affordable prices. Most online glasses store charge a premium for premium brands. The only issue I had was that the processing and shipping time took longer than expected.
Ordered glasses with Rx lenses (over $900), was told I would receive them within 5-7 business days... after 14 business days, was told another 3 business days... at 21 business days, was told another 3 business days. I was told I could not cancel. I received my purchase after 30 business days.
Now as far as the final product,
The frames (expensive Montblanc) showed some obvious wear on the temples (arms) which cause me to question authenticity.
The lenses appear to be great quality.
Overall, I am happy with the lenses, disappointed with the frames, and completely disgusted with the lack of customer service to the point that I don't care if they are 50%, it is now worth the hassle dealing with these people.
My two cents -
Once I finally got my prescription sunglasses I was in love! But they took a lot longer to make than was stated. Had to reach out to customer service, and then they shipped the next day.
