Substandard Quality

My frames were delivered with manufacturing flaws. I have sent them back for replacement. It has been 2 weeks and no contact from EZcontacts. I have spent almost $500 for the frames with prescription and feel the customer service is lacking.

But ended up getting a revised prescription for my left eye. Was able to send 1 box back and exchange for a new box. As of right now they've had the box that I returned since 9/22 and my exchange still hasn't been mailed. I keep getting the 3 more days response or they're closed for a holiday. I don't know what holidays they're celebrating to be closed 1-2 days per week. I'm thinking about reordering the correct box from somewhere else. I'm sure they'd get here quicker.

Poor experience

Three poor experiences. They often don't respond to status requests. They don't seem to actually have inventory. One order took many weeks to fulfill and they didn't respond to status update requests. Another order they eventually emailed me and said they couldn't get the frame I ordered, but my account continued to show the order and they didn't reply when I asked them about it. I ordered a third time to replace the one they didn't have. Eventually I had to ask them what was going on with that order. They replied days later and said the frames were back ordered and didn't reply when I asked for an ETA. When I tried to cancel, they kept trying to get me to reorder. They never did confirm the cancellation, and now I'm just waiting to see what happens. I sure won't accept the order if I receive it.

I'm sure some people have positive experiences as they say even a broken clock is right twice a day but I won't be doing business with them.

I love my new glasses

The only problem was it took a long time for me to receive them. It was about a month from order date to them being shipped. My prescription is simple so that is not the reason it took so long.

Disappointed

I was very disappointed the time it took to have my prescription lenses returned to me was too long. I was told it would take about 5 to 7 business days after my glasses were received. It took almost a month for me to receive my glasses.

I won't be a customer again...

My original frames were ordered and I paid for overnight shipping... two weeks later no correspondence, then I was told that my frame was not available and I needed to get the black ones. I got the black frames, and the lenses are not right. I give up.

Shipping and quality

The sipping took over 20 days to arrived from when I first ordered the glasses. Once they finally arrived I tried them on and they were completely lopsided. I went to my eye glasses store and they tried to do adjustments but they started to bend back to the original shape they were when I first got them.

Worst service ever

The second time I used ez contacts and my order was a month late. I got charged 2 day shipping even though they did not ship part of my order till after a week. Multiple customer service agents replied saying I'm not getting any money back for their poor service. Never will use them again and will tell all I can not to use them

Just not good at all

Everything was late. Everything was delayed. My sunglasses sat at their warehouse with a FedEx label attached for 2 days, making my purchase of 2 day shipping useless. Really unhappy about it all.

Ordered contact lenses for my daughter. Was told 5-7 days. Nothing arrived. Contacted the company and they were closed for the Sukkot Holiday. I received an email that they would check on this. Did not hear back but received an email as if the order was resent. I noticed they had the wrong Zipcode (it was correct on the first order). Contacted them again and they attempted to catch the shipment before it left to no avail. I demanded they send a new order to the correct address and now I have zero contact for over 24 hrs...

Terrible

The glasses were more expensive than overnightglasses.com, the prescriptions were wrong (I ordered reading and sun glasses), they took over a month to arrive, the optician aka customer service agent aka Eduardo was unpleasant, and I have now been waiting for a refund for several days. I will not repeat this experience.

Total Scam

Ordered sunglasses. Their website said they were in stock and available. Credit card was charged and then was notified it would be 6 weeks for delivery. After 6 weeks they still did not ship and they couldn't give a firm date.

Slow processing

I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping based on the estimate on the website that the glasses would be processed and shipped within a certain timeframe. I needed the glasses for a trip that I was going on. The trip was a week long, and I still didn't receive the glasses until over a week after I returned. I would not have paid for the expedited shipping had I known it was going to take so long.
