SLOW and awful customer service

Took over a month for my glasses to get to me and was repeatedly lied to by their customer service reps. When they actually got here, the prescription was wrong and the framers were flimsy and cheap. Currently awaiting my refund, but I don't have high hopes.

Chipped Lens

I received my glasses quickly but found that there was a small chip on one of the lenses. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that I would have to send them back and pay a shipping charge to get a new pair. I believe this is poor customer service.

Terrible customer service

They took a month to get me my glasses. I made several attempts thru emails and phone calls to explain my migraines were bad and I needed them. They were always foreign sounding and all had the same answer..."they would rush them". Even though I explained I couldn't understand their language and asked two times for a supervisor I never received a call from them. They did not rush my glasses like promised and even worse now that I have them and spent close to $300, the progressive part is not correct like I paid extra for!

After waiting almost 4 weeks and reaching out 4 times (only getting in touch with them twice) was my order cancelled because I never received my order. The first time I got in touch with someone I was told there was a back order but it should be received by the end of the next week, then when I contacted them the next week I received an email that my order had been cancelled. No one advised me that my order was on back order until I called. Common courtesy should have prevailed - but now almost 4 weeks later, I am with no contacts and an expire prescription.

I have to be honest I was skeptical at first. I did read a lot of negative and positive reviews about this company online and wasnt 100% sure it was legit, But I still took a shot in the dark and placed an order. Although my prescription Versace glasses did take a while to actually ship, I was very pleased with the outcome. I received accurate notifications from EZ contacts about my shipping dates and i was able to track my order without complication. I didn't experience any kind of miscommunication or problems. I will definitely be doing more business with this company.

Should have made it sign for delivery... I love in Detroit, if you leave packages on the porch, they might get stolen. Your company should know this by now and I could have been a happy customer.

I ordered prescription sunglasses from this company. After exactly one month, I inquired about the status. I was informed that they were on indefinite back order (they blamed the manufacturer -Ray Ban). I was given an option to wait or pick a different pair. I opted for a refund. Two weeks later I still haven't received my refund. Check out BBB. They are rated F. Avoid this company at all cost.

Great Customer Service

I have ordered with EZContacts in the past and when I went to re-order this time the price was much higher than it had previously been. I did an online chat session with Mark who was very helpful and told me how to get the same cost as I had before. He adjusted my order so I even paid a dollar less than last time! Would definitely recommend.

I bought frames on the website. Two weeks later I found out that they were still not in stock. About a month from the day of purchase, I received the glasses and they were the wrong size.

To top it off, I had to pay $15 to ship them back.

Never again. This whole thing ended costing me money.

Such a nightmare.

Worth the wait

I was tired of way overpaying to get contacts from my eye doctor, which always had to be ordered, plus picked up or pay extra shipping. I was going to order my contacts online from a site you see on commercials and thought I would check google shopping just to make sure it wasn't cheaper elsewhere. Turns out, much cheaper at multiple places. This company seemed to have decent reviews and not be a scam, so I thought I would try it and used PayPal which is always foolproof. I was starting to get worried after a few days when they hadn't shipped and couldn't get a hold of the company by phone, then emailed. They emailed right back about a religious holiday and when the office would be reopened. My contacts shipped out directly from the manufacturer shortly after. They quickly arrived, in pristine condition. Packaged well, correct order, and expiration date years out. This company might take a tad longer than another place but just make sure you order two weeks ahead of being out in case it is weekends/holidays that cause delays. For the extreme cost difference vs other sellers, you really can't complain about that. And if you need them in days, then accept paying double or the higher price for that. I will absolutely order from here again, and get my friends and family to as well!

False Statements

Upon recieving my authentic Ray-Bans as cited, I discovered the frames were made in China... were you just trying to get rid of your trash? Is that why these were at a 'discount' of 60% for prescription glasses so you make money on the lenses and more off the cheap frames? I'd really like a reply back to this. Upsetting to think you came across such a deal. 2 Stars because Frames are still clean and get compliments.

Poor packaging.

Ordered cute prescription glasses. They came in a timely manner but were scratched up. Nothing protecting the glasses inside the case. Really annoying. Customer service isn't awesome either.
