Completely $#*!ed

Well i received the wrong pair of eyeglasses aside from the the lenses are made like $#*!! Tried to return them and they want to charge me 6 bucks to ship them back when it was their mistake than when i went to order the ones i orginally wanted they told me they had them in stock then the next morning i wake up to an email saying its not in stock... god forbid you call customer service no one speaks clear English, they dont understand what your saying... great website for good prices on designer sunglasses but dont order prescription $#*! from them though... unless it actually contacts... ive been using this company for 12 years and never have i experienced anything this aweful with this company. Mind you im legally blind. You'd think they would try to make things right for a half $#*!ing blind person

The glasses are nice and the price was good, but as soon as we ordered them, we are charged of course, but then right after that they said shipping was going to take a couple extra weeks. They could have said that BEFORE we bought them. Otherwise we would've picked a different pair that would've been shipped quicker. Basically, if any specific pair is back ordered or will take longer to get, they should notate those glasses on the website as taking longer to get. We felt tricked.

This company is a scam

Ordered glasses that were in stock - waited a month and a half for them to arrive. When they did arrive they were crooked and something looked off - took them to my local lens crafters where I tried on the same glasses - NOT THE SAME. They are fake. I called and asked for the return label to be sent to me - nothing every was - so I shipped them back myself - still waiting for my refund. Never again will I order from an online only seller. Ended up paying 70 bucks more for the real glasses from lens crafters. You get what you pay for. Be warned. Oh and also good luck getting in contact with them - you'll wait on hold forever only to have the call disconnected when you finally get to caller number 2 in line. The worst experience ever!

Glasses are nice but they were making a creaking noises when you opened it and closed it. I didn't receive the Crizal authenticity card so I'm Unsure of its authenticity.

Turn around time was 15 days

My son's glasses were broken and we ordered glasses on Sept 20. Company was closed for 4 days and if I had been notified before order, the order would have not been placed. My past experience with RX glasses ordered at other sites were much faster.

Judy is AMAZING!

I was in a bind needing contacts for my out of country trip ASAP! There were issues with my prescription, availability of the contacts i requested, and possible receiving time. All issues that were working against me put me in a sour place. However, I was assisted by the most professional and efficient sales representative named Judy! She was my saving grace. She contacted me by email and phone to make sure EZContacts were able to complete my order in time for my trip. She went over my specific timeline of needing these contacts and though she could not guarantee I would get them on time, she made me feel assured and comfortable. I was no longer in a panic. Lo and Behold, I get an email confirming that I had a shipment on the way the following day from EZContacts! Exactly a day before my flight was scheduled to leave. I was so grateful for Judy for taking such good care of me! She then followed up with me about two weeks later and I was elated to tell her that everything worked out. I have to acknowledge and recognize when someone exceeds the level of customer service that should be given to each and every customer. I am appreciative and grateful of the work done by Judy at EZContacts and she is truly an asset to the company.

Customer service lacking

Customer service is very lacking. Order took over a month to receive when site said 5-7 days. When I called to called to check on status they were very short and never said exactly what the hold up was. It wasn't till 3rd call they told me there was a delay because of low quantity of frames. The Frames itself is exactly what I was wanting.

My order took a long time

After about three weeks of waiting for my order to ship I finally called. I was told that the glasses were in the lab and would be shipped out as soon as they were ready. They were magically ready that afternoon. It seemed as if my order was forgotten and it wasn't noticed until I called.

Do not purchase unless you are willing to wait months for glasses. Took multiple emails and a lot of hassle for glasses. Wish i had just spent the money on better quality glasses that shipped faster

I bought glasses because there was written "available in the store". After purchase they wrote me that there is a processing time 7-10 days, After 13 days they wrote me that it is in process and they don't know when it will be available. Now, 15 days have passed but I don't have any news regarding my order.

Slow, inaccurate stock data

Website said both glasses were in stock. Neither was. One took 3 weeks to ship. The other I cancelled because it was going to be 4-5 weeks till it arrived. Help center is obviously outsourced and has no way to "contact the lab" other than by email... the next day.

Terrible Company To Buy Glasses From

EZContacts delivery promise only counts business days. It took 16 business days (22 days total) to get my glasses despite the overnight shipping that I paid for. The lenses were also chipped around the edges on arrival. My calls to the company were answered with lies and excuses. EZContacts is a dishonest company.

Mark was great, he helped me in everything that I needed. I needed a prescription and I was unable to get it to load online. He was very helpful, I emailed him my RX and he placed the order for me. Sent me confirmation as well

I ordered my glasses in the middle of the week and did not recieve them until the middle of the week 4 weeks later. I contacted costumer support and all they could tell me was that the glasses were still in the works. The glasses themselves were very good but the service was not.

Too long to arrive

I had no problem with the glasses I purchased, however I was a bit upset because my order took a month to arrive, I ordered on September 3 and received my glasses on October 1. If you dont mind the wait then you will have no problem, but this is definitely something EZcontacts should improve.

Terrible experience start to finish

Horrible service. Ordered glasses on 9/11/18. Invoice said glasses would be received 5-7 business days later (9/18-9/20). After more than two hours spent on hold between five calls to customer service, I was vaguely told my glasses were "in the lab for processing" without any timeframe for when my order would be received. It was not until I demanded a refund on 9/26 that they were now able to fulfill the order and the glasses were shipped that day. Glasses were received on 9/28, however, one of the arms of the glasses is bent and the glasses sit crooked on my face. I would return them for a refund but they are my only usable set of eyeglasses. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Never again

My glasses arrived after 7 weeks but repeated attempts to determine when I would receive my glasses were futile. The CSR could only say that they will send me tracking information once they ship. Until that time... they can't tell you how much longer until they are ready. Really?
