I love my order and everything is as ive desired. However, the time for it to be processed and delivered had taken an entire month.
But no true need to complain. The product is perfect. Thank you.
The contacts came quickly and in the timeframe that I was quoted. For the prescription frames, I really hope you get better from me having to be the guinea pig. Your team never reached out to me why the order was lagging, I had to reach out and then find out the frames had been back-ordered from the manufacturer another 2-3 weeks. Once I received the frames, I was surprised to find they look used even after being told they coming from the manufacturer (making a consumer believe they'd be new). One of the arms had been tampered with several times as if to fit them for someone. When the frames were set on my counter, you can tell they've been either used or heated and bent to fit someone.

I got my new glasses and have been trying to get used to them. My prescription has not changed at all since my last pair. When I put them on and look at a page, the bottom of the page tapers inward quite a bit and there fore my vision seems distorted. I can read alright with them but wearing them all day makes me feel like I am moving underwater when I walk around. Don! T know what is wrong
Case seems to be too small for my glasses and exerts pressure on them even when stored Lense down to save room.
I ordered my glasses around the beginning of September and the website indicated a 5-7 day processing. I finally received my glasses almost a month later, I just felt I was continually given the run around when I would try to get shipping updates. Would not recommend EZ Contacts. I would rather spend an extra few dollars and get my glasses when advertised.
Love my Vogue frames. With progressives and transitions they are fab especially when the lenses go dark in the sun. Looks great with the black frames. They took ages to come but I knew they were on back order when I decided to order them. Saved a lot by ordering online!
I had issues with my contact lenses they are ripe in the corner and I called to let them know and they stated they would send out a new box and never did. Then I got my glasses in the mail and they wee scratched I am just not happy at all with the service.
Order took almost a full month had to follow up by email to get status no one contacted me to alert me of any delays no one wrote to provide updates, status. Poor customer service. Ordered same glasses purchased at retail store surprised when I received as quality is not the same glasses much lighter flimsy does not seem to be authentic feels like knockoffs no wonder the price you should be more clear if selling not authentic products. A terrible experience all the way around. Great price. Crappy product. They work however. I guess that is the only bright side.
Ordered expensive glasses with them a while ago. Order never shipped, was always "processing". Asked for refund, still no response from their customer service. This is pathetic.
This store sells fake stuff. Never happened to me that newly opened contacts would irritate and burn my eyes badly. Their return policy says that you can get a refund only if box of contacts was unopened. So how are we supposed to get a refund for bad quality fake item?
Ordered glasses and paid for 2 day shipping for an upcoming business trip. It took them 5 days to email me back to inform me they no longer carried the model I ordered. I edited the order to a different frame and they replied it would take an additional 3-5 business days to complete the order. Cancelled order and ordered from another store.
I love my new glasses along with my other two previous purchases. I love the awesome customer service support. I will definitely be a guaranteed customer for life.
I had to sit on hold for minimum 40 minutes several times to find out why it was taking so long to receive my glasses.
They were ordered in August and finally received in October. Not once did I receive any answer other than, its still at the lab. Not a pleasant experience.
Got a confirmation of my order right away but a few days later I still hadn't gotten a notification that it had shipped. Called to see if there was a problem with my prescription. Nope. Everything's good, they're just twiddling their thumbs and I'm told it should be sent out within two days. A couple days later I still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation so I call again. Still twiddling their thumbs. Should be sent out within 24 hours. 2 days later I finally get a notification that my order has been shipped. It's the next week and I'm still waiting for it to arrive!
The price was good but I will never order from them again. Had to basically hold their hand through the process. Pretty sure they had taken my money and forgotten about my order.
Everything about this site is great, except it took them a month to be delivered and it was coming from somewhere not even 5 hours away from me. But everything else was fantastic, like the fact that they were two times cheaper than the pair from the doctors office.
I ordered glasses in July, I was told they were unavailable but my card was still charged. Then they all of a sudden decided to ship them in September to the wrong address. I never received the glasses and am out $200.
I had great expectations from EZContacts based on the reviews I had read. I can completely say that they fulfilled them completely! I am totally pleased with the two pairs of glasses that I have received in being exactly what I wanted!
I think the prescription it wrong in my glasses as well as it took a month to get my glasses even though they showed on their site the ones i chose were in stock. When i called to check on them they said they were out of stock. Odly enough their site never changed and still listed in stock and 2-3 day processing
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
