I specifically chatted with a rep to make sure I wouldn't be waiting for international shipping before I ordered. I needed my glasses ASAP. They assured me I wouldn't be waiting for that so I ordered. Weeks later with no update I called and was on hold over 30 minutes before getting to caller 1 in que and then it glitched and sent me back to caller 38 in que. Of course I couldn't continue to hold and chat wasn't available... several times. When I did get a chat rep again they told me frames were coming from Italy, then they had to make them, another week, then shipping can take another week. That's well over a month from my order date. I asked if I was going to have to wait for overseas shipping and was lied to. You can't ever speak to a person when you call. Chat reps are nice enough but this process needs a major overhaul. Saving a few dollars shouldn't equal waiting over a month to get a product. At the very least, their website needs to more accurately give receive by dates. If proper expectations would've been disclosed it wouldn't feel so misleading. My glasses were finally delivered and they are what I expected; just really needed them sooner than delivered.
I waited almost three weeks to get one pair of glasses and still waiting for the second pair I ordered!
So I ordered Prada frames and transitions activx lens on Oct 6th.
I understand weekdays don't count so it been 11 days total and while I did call and email as the squeekie wheel gets greese I did receive them possibly quicker than normal. I called lens crafters which was asking double the price almost they quoted 14-20 business days for transition lenses. So I will say ezcontacts was faster. I had no problem reaching them. The longest hold was because they had to call the lab. They always replied and I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because no authentication card was inclosed however I will update this once they possibly correct that. Looking them over the look 100 precent authentic however I won't know for sure until prada replies with the numbers I provided. If there fakes its the best fake I ever saw so I doubt it. Bottom line everyone I delt with was helpful polite and overall not a long wait for transitions lenses. Hopefully can come back with 5 stars Monday after reaching people.

Yesterday I received the authentication card and paperwork so as promised here is my update to 5 stars!
I ordered a pair of MK glasses. What I read before ordered is the processing was 1-3 business days. That being said after checking the status of my order I noticed they were having a closure due to a holiday. They would be closed on Monday and Tuesday for 2 weeks. So that processing time of 1-3 days moved to 2 weeks. I reached out to a customer service rep and she was very nice who stated they would ship the next day. Unfortunately it wasn't until 2 days later they finally shipped. That process took 5 day to arrive. I just wish something would have been posted at the top of their website before purchase so I would have known how long I needed to wait. Overall love the glasses just disappointed with processing.
Never never again this will happen again. When I bought my eyeglasses the shipping days said 5 days, and I received one month later. All this time without my eyeglasses.

Item listed as in stock. A few days later I get an email saying it isn't but I will have first week of october. My trip to Mexico isn't until the 21st so I am okay. It is now 10/19 and still no glasses. I have repeatedly called them and they have repeatedly assured me I would have them in time. All lies. Don't order unless you give them a good 2 month lead time, or you will rue the day you learned of them.
I called numerous times just to be told they would have someone call me which never happened to refund my money but it never happened. The purchase was $85.00 worth.
It took way too long for my glasses to arrive. I also noticed that the lens seem super cheap. They get dirty with anything and are a pain to wipe. Will not be ordering anymore
It's been 10 days since I ordered my colored contacts with RX. Wish I'd seen this website before ordering. I've called them three times and e-mailed three times. They claim it's being processed and I'll receive tracking info for three days now. I was just on hold with them for 30 minutes trying to cancel my order and they just hung up on me!

Got a great price because the lenses are nearly plastic. I wish I could have tried the frames on. For some reason it's giving me a sore on the right side. I don't know why. Will be returning.
You need to keep on top of them to get anything done.
Returns? They won't initiate unless you go back and forth with their reps who are trying to convince you to buy something else at least 6 times. Then when you do get the return form and send back your items, it takes 2 weeks and multiple email follow ups for them to locate your returned items and refund you.
Glasses? I thought they were great quality for 2 weeks, then my glasses fell off when I turned too quickly and they shattered on the ground. Really shattered? My last pair from Lenscrafters lasted 3 years and fell off more times than I can count. Luckily since they were less than 2 weeks old, the manufacturers warranty covers the glasses, but to get a warranty, you need an additional $30+ and another 3 weeks without glasses.
The only reason I continue to interact with them is pricing, but with all the time and back and forth, its not worth it.
BEWARE! Don't trust this company! I had shopped around and found that they had the lowest price for sunglasses, so I gave them a try. It took about month for the sunglasses to arrive, and once it arrived, it had blemishes on them and they did not look like the authentic ones at the Rayban store. I immediately asked for a refund, which I then had to pay for my own return shipping, and when they received it, they seem to not care to refund it as I had to call and email them 5 times. One person (Paul), said it had already been refunded and it will be in my account by Friday. I've gotten an email the day after stating that I am now getting my refund and itll take 5-7 days. Will its Friday, and I have yet to receive my refund! I will have to end up calling my bank for a chargeback and go through more hassle! Save yourself all the hassle and headache, and pay the extra bucks to shop elsewhere, they are crooks!
You get so much for your money, no insurance required, designer frames for less! I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought a pair of RX sunglasses and had a few issues with them. I was able to return them for a full refund with no hassle. I'll do some more research and come back and buy another pair.

Great fit, comfortable, lots of compliments! But actually forgot about them... took a long time to receive and no communication as to timeline in process.
Originally when I came across the site I truly believed the site was a scam because of the prices. However I still wanted to give it a try after a few videos I saw on reviews. I received exactly what I ordered the only down side was the time I waited to receive the item (20 Days from DOP) I would certainly order again authentic frames for half the price.
I was charged and got an email confirmation of my order, then silence for a month and a half. The first time i reached out they promised they would get to the bottom of it and follow up with an email. A week later, no email so I called again. They said the sunglasses were discontinued and that i needed to pick a different pair and that the website had been updated. The website is still showing those glasses as available, i've not recieved a refund, and 3 times they said they would follow up they've not. So I'm out a couple hundred bucks and no glasses... HELP!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
