This is the 2nd time I've ordered from EZ contacts. The first time I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses one of which was supposed to be back ordered for 2 weeks. After a month went by I contacted them and they told me it would be a couple more weeks. That time had passed and then I had to reach out to them again and they informed me the pair was discontinued. I decided to give them another chance since the prices really are the cheapest I've found. I ordered another pair on August 19th. After a month of no updates I emailed and never received anything back from them. About a week later I finally called and they told me they should go out in the mail by the end of the week and that they would give me expedited shipping for the wait. By the end of the week still no status updates so I gave them another week on top of that before calling again. They then told me they should go out by the next business day. I did receive an email the next day stating they had shipped out the which was on October 4th, however they were not delivered until October 9th which does not seem like expedited shipped to me. In the end I still got the product but I'm pretty disappointed that it took so long and each time I had to contact them to follow up because they were not i did not receive the product when expected. Seems as though they need to keep better track of their inventory and what products they actually have in stock and what is in back order etc.
Ordered glasses on Sept 28. Still haven't received them it's October 22 now. Wasnt notified at all til I called multiple times

I had a relatively easy experience purchasing my frames. Unfortunately they arrived badly bent. I had to take them to a local store to get them straightened out.

I love my glasses. The prescription is perfect and I saved so much money compared to other websites I was considering.
It was quick and easy. One of the only sites that I was able to find the kind of sports glasses that my son wanted. Customer service was courteous and helpful in changing the eye measurements after I made the order. I was impressed with the overall process from ordering online to packaging and items included with the order (i. E. cleaning spray and clothes, etc).
It was a simple process to order and a quick turn around. I have to re order glasses for my son who has a severe disability and cannot go to an office or shop for his vision needs.
They had plastic sticking out of the nose when they arrived. Your customer service would not send me a new pair or even begin making me a new pair until the bad ones were returned. Then they also refused to expedite the processing or shipping. All in all I would of been without glasses for nearly a month.
It took 5 weeks to receive my prescription sunglasses. The website said it would be 2-3 days for the frames, 2-3 days for the prescription and I paid for 1 day shipping because I wanted them for an overseas trip. After 10 days passed with no news, and because I was leaving on vacation I called and they switched it from the 1 day shipping to free shipping because the frames had not been received. 2.5 weeks later I still hadn't received th sunglasses an the order was still listed in process so I called to cancel. I was then told that they should be shipping "next week." There was no communication other than what I initiated. It's dishonest to say "2-3" days when it's in fact more than a month. When the glasses shipped, they arrived in a dented box. Thankfully the glasses were fine, but there was very little protective material.
Waited nine weeks to receive glasses. Communication was poor.

I wish they would've kept me up to date from order to when they were shipped, but there was no communication in between and it took a while. Also, I do not like the glasses on me and would appreciate receiving my options on how to return... will I get an email regarding this or will they just sit on my review?
They can't stand by their guarantees for processing and shipping times. The customer service agent basically said that I'm incompetent in using their website and then later said that the website is new and they are working out some bugs. The price was right but only if you don't care when anything arrives. I cancelled my order with no hesitation from their customer representative.

I had seen the glasses at my optical for $450 dollars and came on EZcontacts to find a great deal for exactly what I was looking for!
The glasses came without a case, one of the temples is bent (can submit a pic) & they leave a deep in print on the bridge of my nose even after wearing for just mins. I had previously ordered similar Juicy Couture glasses from EZ Contacts & they were great so very disappointed by these.

Took several weeks to fill the order, but the glasses came with a nice case, cleaner, rag, and an extra set of lenses.
Customer service was ok but my glasses took forever to arrive because there was a "delay" getting them to lab and I got no compensation for this inconvenience. It took an entire month to get my glasses
I bought these specifically for my trip to Santorini. Will be wearing them stateside every day as they are the best frames and prescription sunglasses that I own.
I DEFINITELY would purchase from EZ Contacts again & I recommend anybody wanting QUALITY designer eyeglasses to shop from EZ Contacts. I will be a lifetime customer.
I was expecting a product to be shipped much faster than it was, overall it took more than 2 weeks to process, they were kind enough to expedite shipping however if I would have known going into it that it would take that long, I would have gone with someone else.
Every time I tried to call to check on the order, it seemed like it was another Jewish holiday and the office was closed..
Order took awhile due to being closed on Sept 24,25 and Oct 1,2. But over all satisfied. Only issue is the numbers engraved on lens is more noticeable than any lens I've had from other places. It's like a blurry speck. It's less noticeable now that I've got on use to it. Never na it existed on lens till I got this pair and goggles it. Apparently all glasses have them. Ordered my glasses on September 21st. Received them October 6th.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
