If you urgently need your glasses, don't order from here. Otherwise, the price is okay, prescription was spot on, and my frames fit nicely.
I ordered contacts and 10 days later they still haven't shipped and no one at the company has gotten back to me after I've inquired several times. I'll be cancelling the order, (if I can ever get a hold of someone) and ordering from 1-800-Contacts like I've done in the past. No problems with them.
I received my glasses about 2 weeks after I placed my order but totally worth the wait. They are perfect. I will definite use this website again.
I am happy with the glasses but was a bit unhappy about the wait time. But that's ok. The glasses turned out to be good.
I understand that it is never a good time to break your glasses but it literally was worst timing ever for me! Having just returned to the US after years overseas I had no valid prescription in the states or insurance. Trying to get glasses was a nightmare (local eyeglass stores and Walmart were willing to take my international prescription but the cost was so insanely overpriced & walmart was a nightmare to deal with, worst customer service! When I went to pick up my glasses they just carelessly said "oh did no one call you, we couldnt read our own handwriting and need to retake your measurements so we didnt do it". However, finding this website via a google search I wouldnt have done if my glasses hadnt broke (I've since ordered Coach glasses and daily biotrue contact lenses) was so worth the ordeal!
I've bee bragging about my new coach glasses & getting the same daily contacts that I've always been using for nearly half the price through EZcontacts.com to my family and friends. This website is really amazing & they have great customer service!

I was very impressed with the selection of brand name eyeglasses. I was specifically looking for wide frames that weren't offered on some other websites. Plus the EZContacts price was the lowest and shipping was quick.
Their promised delivery time is a joke. It took almost 3 weeks to get here. They shipped my contact lenses via UPS Ground 9 days after I ordered them. Customer service? They responded to me just once and blamed a supplier. Terrible.
The glasses seem very nice, but it took a really long to get. Once you order you get an email confirmation and then you don't hear anything from them for weeks until you get a shipping notification. They should give weekly updates at a minimum.
I bought 2 designer pairs of glasses for the price of one pair of glasses through my Doctors office. Great buying experience, I plan on buying my contacts through this site as well.
I will be honest, I was A little afraid of ordering because of the very cheap prices. I'm glad I did! My glasses are just what I hoped for. I love them. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
Was not notified of backorder until I inquired about why they were taking so long. Ordered 3 pair of glasses, 2 took a month to receive and the other 3 weeks. Customer service was quick with responses. Products is as expected and prices are great.

The glasses are wonderful and we love them! However, I truly felt your site lacked proper communication. My initial order was canceled because the frame was no longer available. Not that this is your site's fault, but it went to my spam folder. I would have appreciated a phone call instead of an email. After I decided to place another order, I did not receive any email confirmation that it had been received (I checked my spam this time!) I would have appreciated better communication. The follow up has been great, but waiting for glasses without any notification was frustrating.
I purchased glasses, the website said these particular glasses would take an additional 2-3 business days to process. NBD. Fast forward several emails with no resolution and 6 weeks later, I received my glasses. Guess what?! They were bent and unwearable. Oh I forgot to mention that during my 6 week wait for generic glasses the price for them dropped by 50%, I requested a price match and was denied. I suggest buying elsewhere. It certainly wasn't worth saving a few dollars and waiting so long.
This is the worst company for contact lenses that I have dealt with, Remember the saying "You get what you pay for", this is soo true, I got in touch with them because they have a cheap offer for contact lenses, but boy, You have to be patient and wait. And wait. And wait... called to complain and I got lies and more lies, so finally my contacts are with UPS, to be deliver on Monday the 29th and I placed the order on the 10th... so be prepare to wait... first and last time with this company..

On October 13th I processed an order for some Versace frames. After going online and seeing my order was still processing I called on October 23 just to be told the frames were no longer available in the color I ordered. Rep repeatedly tried to force me to take another pair of frames or a different color. After going back and forth I asked why I didn't receive any communication and a refund.

Very happy... did take longer than expected... I would love for there to be an option to send in glasses and have you male lenses for them... is that possible? Thanks
I never received any order updates. My frames were discontinued and nobody ever told me. I was waiting for frames that were never to come. I called their customer service many times. They always told me they would follow up with a phone call or email and they never did. They always told me they were not authorized to do anything. In the end it took a very long time to get straightened out and get my glasses. I will never shop with them again.
I was traveling to CT. And of course, I forgot my contacts. Ended up looking up a few options to get my contacts delivered asap. Costco was a lost cause since they don't even have my contacts in the store. And even if you order with them, the contacts won't come in 10 days or so. So forget it! I decided to give EZ Contacts a try since they have 1 day shipping option, which I did not mind paying for the express fee.
And Mark Briskman was the agent that helped me throughout the whole process from making sure they have the contacts in stocks and helping me with completing the transaction.
Anyway, just want to say thank you and will definitely order contacts from them in the near future
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
