Overall, the online buying process was positive. However, they dropped the ball on processing the order. The timeline they provide on their website wasn't anywhere close.
I broke my glasses just as I was starting a new job and needed them fir driving. I knew my prescription, tried on frames in an upscale shop, then ordered online with EZContacts. They arrived exactly as expected and just in time fir my new commute.
I ordered back in Sept. 9th, I called them to ask where my order was 3 weeks later. They said my item was out of stock. I told them I did not receive any email or call. They said they were too busy. That is not acceptable! I didn't end up getting my order until 10/15, a month later.
Took over 2 months to receive my order, and every time I would call customer service they said the sale thing "I'm sorry Idk what happen let me check for u" 10 min after putting me on hold "I'm sorry but the lab have to redo the prescription" and they told me the same thing 4 times. Finlly got a hold of a "supervisor" and it was all by email and he would say the same thing or just ignore my emails.
Not professional at all, do not recommend it..
Best prescription glasses I've ever purchased. First online eyewear purchase and EZ Contacts did not disappoint. Prescription seems better than higher priced brick and mortar glasses. Took a few weeks to receive but well worth the wait. Thank you!
Were unable to obtain my preceiption glasses after 3 months it took twol months to get frames and didn't informed they obtained it until I call to cancel and then all
Of the sudden the had it going to the lab and charged me.
I am satisfied with product and pricing but the order took too long to receive. Longer than noted it would on website. I rather pay a bit more and recive prompt service.
I ordered some daily wear contacts for which I paid extra for fast shipping. After a week, the status of the lenses had not changed (order being processed). Very long story short, I was lied to, told it was my fault because I should have asked if they were in stock, told they would be shipped from the warehouse by Expedited shipping only to find out that they were sent by economy shipping. I am OUT of my daily lenses, told the incompetent customer service representatives that it was urgent and they LIED to me on several occasions. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with and I am not young. They should be put out of business.
At ezcontacts I was finally able to get frames I liked with the (very strong) prescription I need, along with the computer glasses coating I wanted to try out. Nowhere else online had all those things. More expensive than I'd planned on, BUT ezcontacts also had a return policy I can live with. (This is extremely important to me and hard to find.) And there was a sale that knocked a few hundred off the price.
The glasses arrived and fit well and are very comfortable (and look great). Would recommend.
Order of two glasses, got one super quickly and second pair no idea. My first order also the same never fulfilled, had to call to get money refunded
My order took longer than expected to get shipped but I'm happy with my glasses. The glasses prices are very good in comparison with prices from other stores.
Unfortunately, my order didn't work for me. However, the customer service experience was fantastic and the return process was very easy. I would still recommend EZContacts even though my order didn't work out.
I'm glad I picked the Tome Ford glasses because they are very nice and stylish. There not too big and heavy on the face and I get lot's of compliments from people. My fist choice were the grey TF but they sold out. The brown were my second choice and there just as HOT!

Took a whole month for my glasses to arrive, called several times to receive faster shipping and they declined to help me with anything. I would never buy from here again.
Wrong price match, wrong prescription, wrong/no prism, tried to order twice and still wrong. Took over 2 weeks. Terrible customer service

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
