I ordered RX sunglasses and they sent me reading lenses in the glasses. I submitted the correct RX and now they want me to pay extra because they said I marked the glasses would be used for reading as well. I thought they had a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy.
These glasses are thin and cheap feeling hurt my ears bad! So sent them back waiting on a tefund hope they work out for you they are super cute
The only reason I am not giving a very satisfied' review is that my order took far too long to receive. It took about 6 weeks to finally get my glasses.
I put in the prescription correctly but it still was wrong. I am very dissatisfied and would like a refund or replacement pair that I can wear.
Very happy with my purchase, AX plastic frame eyeglasses, came with cleaning kit, a good container, and of course the eyewear everything looks great
They said took 1-2 days to ship max 5-7 days. It took 3 weeks...
I ordered a Prada sunglasses and chose a specific size, when placing the order to said it will arrive in 3 days, waited for 10 days and called they put me on hold then been told the sunglasses I ordered is discontinued so I chose another thing and was promised to have the glasses delivered within 3 days. I had my glasses after 3 weeks or more, wouldn't recommend if you want high quality customer service and fast delivery
I'm obsessed with my new glasses. I found a great pair of Tom Ford optical for an incredible deal. They can super fast and we're packaged with care. I've been stopped about them and I'm referring everyone to EZ contacts for sure. Thanks so much.
The customer service team is horribly disorganized and can't keep track of anything. Half of my order stated it was shipped and never was. Half of my order I did receive either was counterfeit or a luxury brand made a disfigured paired of glasses (which EZContacts decided to put lenses in and ship to their customer anyways?). I'm dealing with the return process now because I will never be dealing with this company again.
Ordered a pair of frames that turned out to be discontinued. Awaiting a replacement pair and it's been weeks.
I'm giving this one star not for the product but for Ez contacts as a company. This was my experience... I ordered these on the 12th and I waited a week before I decided to send in an email asking about my order. Meanwhile, I ordered a pair of glasses from another website, which had already been made and sent to me. I've never had contacts take a week to get to me, and it's a shame glasses were made quicker than these were shipped out. I chose them because at the top of. The website it says order today, get it tomorrow. I wasn't expecting next day delivery, but I also wasn't expecting it to take anymore than a week. In response to my first email I received a message that said "
I apologize for the inconvenience. The contact lenses that you ordered were actually not available at our warehouse when you placed the order. Instead of waiting for our stocks to arrive, we have requested our distributor to send the contacts directly to you to shorten the delay" which is strange considering it said they were in stock on their we page when I placed the order and visiting the page again after reading this, they still showed in stock. I simply replied thanking them for letting me know and decided to give it a day or two, on the second day I decided to look at reviews for this company and to my horror all of their experiences was matching mine. I immediately wrote in again and received an email back 3 says later with a tracking number. In total I had to wait 20 days, over two weeks for my contacts. Today, the 30th, I finally receive a text saying they are out for delivery via usps. Now I'm just praying they are what I paid for, if not I'll be reversing the charges to my bank. So all in all, I give this company a one. They lied about shipping and tell everyone it is because their product was out of order, even though the website does not reflect that. They do not reach out to you to let you know what's going on with your order, which is so unprofessional. And it took me over two weeks to receive my order, which I have never experienced and I've been wearing contacts since I was 14 years old. Needless to say I will not be using this company again.
Extremely satisfied with this company. Easy to use and fast. I bought a pair of Tory Burch frames and lenses for under 100.00 vs over 400.00 at my dr. The standard lenses come free and they send an extra set. Also give the larger eyeglass case vs the smaller from my dr. Contacts were 40.00 vs 60.00. Biofinity "Energys" cost a bit more because of the upclose edge they have vs having to use readers when you are near sighted and your distance perscription gets stronger over time. I am -3 in contacts and need. 50 readers... so the Energys take care of that. I am going to continue purchasing from this company. I am also going to order a few more beautiful frames. With these prices you can splurge :) Thank you EZContacts!
They have worked well with me on getting me squared away with the correct lens color and frame damage, really hoping the incoming pair are perfect! If not I will just go to the store and pay the premium price tag and get the right stuff the first time.
A delivery took nearly 2 months and the policy clearly says they would notify you if it was going to be a delay past the state of shipping time frame of ten days. Ridiculous it doesn't clearly state up front hope long it's going to take.
It took way to long to get my glasses. Poor communication. I had to call to get any status, you guys need to be proactively communicating to the customer. Great price, but I am not sure it's worth the hassle.

Lens tint was not what I requested and are more masculine-looking than my preference. Prescription is on point. I also wish the tint was a bit darker. Frames are very light weight which is nice when im wearing but when I set them on my head for indoors they easily slide off my head. Other than that they still come in useful when driving.

Although the hinge on the glasses broke within one week, EZContacts replaced at no charge quickly and sent back promptly.
This company grabbed the money from my account - nearly $200 - and didn't even ship - well it's been 11 days now and they STILL haven't shipped! I've called in twice and they tell me they are shipping soon and I'll be notified. Will never order from this company again.

The price was the best I found on the web. However, I had to wait about three for the glasses to be delivered. The glasses arrived with the wromg presciption. I had to go to remake them locally. So, at the end, I spent a lot more than other options I had.

Great quality prices, and customer service! My glasses look and feel amazing. I am very satisfied with my order. I had a bit of issues with the shipping but they were able to resolve my issue.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
