Canceled orders after two weeks. Had two products that I really want and needed and they tell me two weeks later after I buy them that they actually don't have them. Twice!
Everything was perfect and shipped in timely manner!
Update on November 5. My order has NOT YET been shipped. Molly the customer service said it would be shipped within 24 hours. She said "would do our best" Fingers crossed.
I placed an order on Oct. 24. I checked the status several times and it said "fully shipped" but the tracking number was not available. I finally contacted the customer service on November 2. "Mark" said "it will ship late today. It was back ordered." I asked why I was not notified the back order delay. He said the processing team FORGOT to do so. He also said "fully shipped" means "we ordered it from manufacturer". Please do not FORGET to notify your customer important information. Please do not say "fully shipped" when it clearly is not. I ran out of my lenses. He gave me mere $4 discount.
Easy experience, best price I could find, great product, and excellent customer service. Just bought my second pair of glasses. Lenses are well made and correct.
Relatively rapid delivery. And rapid support from customer service. No issues whatsoever. The glasses were exactly as described
They never told me my size glasses wasn't in stock until 3 weeks after I ordered them and then they sent me a smaller size which did not fit
I sent back my sunglasses for repair, and I kept checking up every week to which they said they received my glasses but haven't started working on them yet. Seriously two months later, they were done. This was supposed to be 5-7 business days processing time according to them.
This was my first time ordering through EZ contacts and I got my usual contacts for way cheaper and pretty quickly! Definitely going to be ordering again! :)
I purchased a pair of beautiful glasses but I forgot to pay for the Plano lens. I called and explained my problem and they were great about having me send the glasses back to correct the lens free of charge for shipping. They were prompt in letting me know the glasses had arrived and even when they shipped them back to me. I love my L. A.M. B glasses! These guys and girls are awesome!
The frames are significantly cheaper in terms of cost than what you'll find in any optometrist office, and that's without insurance coverage. It was unbelievable! The Versace glasses I ordered overall are high quality and flawless. I love them so much! However, at the time I placed my order, the website had said the frames were available and would have the order processed in 3-5 days. Unfortunately, it took about a month to receive. Since it was my first time ordering from this company, I was left uneasy unsure if it was a scam since the frames were so cheap. I would still do business with them again as the glasses here are still comparably priced and the real deal.
I ordered glasses from the site, and I cannot see out of them. They are the wrong prescription and it's taking forever to get them corrected. I've contacted EZCONTACTS with no response.
Unfortunately it took much long to receive the product then was published. When the product finally arrived one lens popped out during the first try on. I used the tools provided to try to put the lens back in. It was impossible and then the other lens popped out. Spending about $200 for a pair of sports goggles that can't be worn. Possibly my daughters prescription is too strong for this frame but I should have been informed the lenses would not fit correctly prior to purchase.
I received my prescription lenses. I had them put into a pair of sunglasses. I am very pleased with the accuracy of the prescription. However, I ordered/paid for transitions (darken to gray in the sunlight) and they did not make them with transitions- which was disappointing. Other than that, it was a great value.
Just returned them today. I ordered the glasses as shown on the demo on the website. When I received them the lenses were much lighter and barely looked like sunglasses. I want the glasses and the correct lenses and should not have to pay for a replacement. We shall see what the company does when they get my return in the mail. It also took a month to get my glasses, the website said it would take 3-5 days. Not even close to that fast. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
It took for ages to get my glasses - about 5-6 weeks. And the person we contacted to complain about this was not very helpful.
The glasses seem to work OK but I am not inclined to buy from you again. Thanks.
It took them over a month to even ship out my order and then blamed it on the manufacturer not getting them the frames
The whole process of dealing with this company was frustrating all around. They lied so many times to me. Molly, Junry and Roy cannot stick to their word. Took 5 weeks to get my order and the price was double what I would have paid locally. You have been warned do not use this company. You will regret it.
I purchased a $240 pair of Dior frames and the tracking confirmed that the package was shipped and delivered to me- that it was left in the mailbox. However, when the item was not received, I called customer service.
This is when the lying and deception began-First, the representative told me that maybe they had tried to deliver the package when nobody was there to receive it. I responsed by telling him that I have a doorman. Then he suggested that maybe they attempted delivery when the doorman was off hours. To that, I responded that my doorman is there 24 hours. Finally, he suggested, that the post office maybe took it back to their facility for distribution the next day and advised me to wait another day before calling back. He promised he would follow up with the post office and send me an email within 24 hours.
After 24 hours had passed and I had not received a followup email, I called customer service again. This time, a woman suggested that the package was delivered and that she would need to file a claim which would take about 5 business days before they determine whether a replacement item would be shipped to me. I told her that it didn't make any sense to ship an expensive item and not have signature required. She said that it was regular shipping and kept confirming that the post office said it was delivered.
I will never be purchasing from EZContacts again. They are a bunch of crooks and liars!
I contacted the seller multiple times inquiring on the status of my order. I was led to believe, from the information provided when I checked out, that I should anticipate my glasses arriving in 7-10 business days. 15 business days later, I am being told that they were just leaving the warehouse. 7 days after that I get the same run around. 35 days later they FINALLY arrived.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
