I absolutely love my new glasses. They took FOREVER to get here, and there are no updates sent until they ship, but it was well worth it. My frames alone were originally $200+ and I got the frames and RX lenses for $124.
1st pair was orderes and for over a week it was for shipped after duther research and many emails. Those glasses were not found. Had to order other glasses and the prescription is Jordan correct. They where supposed to be a bifocal and the whole lense is a magnifier
Perfect loved the glasses and im going to purchase more glasses. I will tell and recommend people to shop there.
The price was fair and the service was excellent. And in the end the product was quality which is what matters. What more could you want?

I never received notification that the order was actually received. It stayed in pending status the whole time. It would have been great to see "order accepted" "glasses/lenses being made" "glasses complete" "your order is on the way to you".
When I placed my order I was told that the sunglasses would be 2-3 days behind my frames order. Received my frames super fast and was super happy... however... at no time was I notified that the sunglasses I ordered still had not been sent from the supplier to you. AFTER 2 weeks I finally decided to call and was informed that they were still waiting to get them from the supplier. Why was I never given an update. Now I am headed out of town with no prescription sunglasses. Had I known it would have taken so long I would have ordered them somewhere else. It's very frustrating when no status updates are given on a product that I have ordered and paid for and am still waiting for. The ONLY update I was given was at the time that I placed my order and was told 2-3 days behind my frame production. Had I not called, I'm curious how long it would have taken. Now I will be scrambling to try and buy contacts so I can wear sunglasses in Hawaii... super disappointed.
The website doesn't work well. During an order additional features/custom lenses were not clear and hard to understand/find, even for someone who isn't a novice. I had to follow up with customer service which wasn't so expeditious, but they did resolve my issue. I still had to pay extra money for something i didn't know until after the purchase was completed. The ONLY reason i used this company is because i was looking for a specific frame that was on this site. I dont know if i would do business with EZ Contacts in the future unless they have a frame that i cant find anywhere else. There are other websites that will get the job done. Nothing special about this one. However they did get 2 stars from me because they did deliver what i ordered, it was in good quality, and it was a bit cheaper than other sites. You get what you pay for though.

I was so excited that I found the glasses I had wanted for a decent price. I ordered them in August and I knew they were on backorder - approximately 15 days. No big deal because the frame is popular. I then had to call in the beginning of October because I had never received my glasses. I was told that they were going to be on backorder another 15 days and the least they could do was give me a 10% discount. I did not receive my glasses until the end of October. Then, to top it off I had thought this whole time that my glasses were paid for in August since I saw it pending. To find out they charged me the end of October and bounced my account for the $115 the glasses cost. This is very upsetting and I'm not sure I will ever use this or recommend this company.
I switched to EZ Contacts for the "reasonable" prices ($400 for a year's supply of dailies). It's been 8 days and they're still sitting in the warehouse. They promised delivery in 5-7 days. That sucks. You know when you're on the phone with a company because of a problem and the customer service is so good that you don't hold it against them? Yeah that didn't happen here.
Have no complaints about the site. Fast shipping and great customer service. Glasses and frames were great.
My item was missing a piece (the plastic nose part) and I believe they are FAKE. I held them up to a certified pair of the same glasses and they were completely different. I sent them back. Unacceptable. Will not be ordering from here again.
Shouldn't be putting glasses on website that aren't even in stock. Bought some glasses and was emailed 2 days later that they aren't even available! So damn disappointed!
I loved the shipping only thing was that the original lenses were scratched if one day I want to use them as sunglasses I can't because they send me scratched lenses

I ordered a specific brand on September 23, and delivery was 5 to 7 business days. I waited one month to find out it was back ordered
So then I canceled that order and picked out another frame not the same ones but similar
They arrived within 2 days because the rep helped me out when I told him about my previous order
My order was cancelled at least three times due to product not being available from the manufacturer. And it took forever to get the order, like 3 months.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
