I ordered two pairs of glasses and I will be back for more in the future! Thank you for a smooth transaction + quality frames that were exactly the style I wanted but MUCH lower than what Lenscrafters was going to charge me.
Terrible business, customer service argued with me for a redo on the glasses. Then hung up the phone when the rep couldn't properly answer my question. Will never do business with them again!
Overall the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but the frames were back ordered so understandable.
The process was simple, and the frames are of a great quality unlike other online vendors I found.
I ordered a pair of sports glasses for my son to wear for football. The site quotes that orders will ship in 3-5 days. After the first two weeks passed I sent an email to check on the order. I was told they were being worked on and would ship soon. After another four weeks I called customer service for an explanation as to what was taking so long. I was told they didn't even start working on my order yet with no more explanation. Almost another full week later I finally received the glasses. At this point his football season was almost over, he had one game left. I'm very disappointed that they took so long to arrive. I never even received an email saying anything was on back order or any apology for the long wait. There are plenty of other sites you can order sports glasses from. I will never order from this company again.
I love them. They are just what I wanted. Perfect size and I love that they can in original packaging and includes original lenses inside box as well
Purchased frames with prescriptions lenses for about half the retail cost of the frames alone. Took a bit longer to receive than from a traditional purchase but the wait was worth the savings.
I found a frame I loved and got my glasses much sooner than I had expected. I read reviews of people waiting weeks for theirs which they didn't know might happen, so when I got mine within a week of ordering I was pleasently surprised.
I think it's fake website where I didn't receive my order and the customer service is not answering that problem properly.
Excellent job! I am satisfied with the product. Arrive correct and fast. I liked! The product came out a lower price in the condotions that I could pay.
Great price long wait! Item was not in stock had to follow up several times! If I had not no telling when I would have gotten my glasses.
False advertisement on website. EZ contacts allowed me to purchase an item they new was discontinued.

My husband ordered 2 pair of glasses for our granddaughter and she has only received 1 pair. An email would be nice stating they were on back order... or whatever the problem is.
I was extremely skeptical about ordering my glasses from a "discount website" at first, but once I received them in the mail I was thrilled! A lot of review said that they didn't come as quickly as the website promised. I think they didn't realize when they order that the glasses will be available within a certain amount of days and then sent. I received my glasses 2 weeks from the day I ordered them and was not disappointed! I will absolutely be using this site for future purchases!
I placed my order 10/30/2018 I also paid for expedited shipping. I have been checking on my tracking since ordered and it continued to say processing order. I contacted Customer support today. I was notified that my frame is unavailable and is on back order for 15 business days. Then it takes another 5-7 days for them to place my lenses. Then they would ship out. I had to order a different frame. I was upset because had I not called them I would have still not known of the back order. When I asked why I was not called or emailed they stated they were just notified this day. UUGGGGGH! I need my glasses!

Awesome frames for a great price! Looking everywhere to buy specific frames and they were sold out everywhere, stopped by this website and instantly bought them. Quick shipping and great customer service! Would do business with again!
Ordering from EZContacts saved me quite a bit of money but it took FOREVER! About 6 weeks from order to deliver. The week after I ordered I found out they didn't have the color I had ordered. I had to pick a new color, delaying the order. Then they called me to check if the prescription was right because it's so strong. Double checking is great but added to my frustration. Then when the glasses came the color didn't look like the picture on-line. The whole thing was super frustrating because my daughters glasses were destroyed and she was having to try to function without while we waited. I still give 4 stars because of the price and quality of the glasses.
I ordered progressive, no-line bifocals and got the glasses later than I was told to expect them. I realized immediately that the lenses looked awful and called regarding edge polishing. I guess I missed that step in the ordering process, so the representative was nice enough to provide me a prepaid shipping label. That's when customer service started calling saying that my (a) type of lens, and (b) actual prescription were wrong. It took over a dozen emails and as many phone calls to demonstrate that my order and prescription matched and figure out why these errors occurred. EZContacts admitted fault until yesterday, when I was told that they didn't mean it and everything was fine with my original glasses order--they just made a mistake on the computer file. The lab, the customer service department, and supervisors have all been involved in this matter. It's now a month since I ordered my glasses and I still don't have them. And the company wants to give me $49.53 as an apology, yet still charge me for the edge polish ($15) and my glasses are almost $400. I thought a lot more would be done to compensate me for this mess, so am disappointed.
I hope to get correct, nice glasses soon.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
